Welcome to the worlds most famous Beach! Updated Boho Studio Condo by the ocean. Condo sleeps two with a Queen size bed, a kitchenette, and tub/shower combo. Property offers a outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a game room, a small gym, and gated beach access. Daytona boasts miles of pristine sand, sun, and saltwater.. right outside the resort. Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean while relaxing poolside. Then spend your evenings taking a stroll as the sun sets in Paradise.

The BEST stay!

I used this condo for a work week and it was amazing. The unit was the most clean and most welcoming I have used to date. The hosts are extremely hospitable, the pool was clean and well kept. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great stay-

Entire apt was neat, clean, well stocked. Close to (by car) good seafood restaurants. Apt is on street side of building, but pool and beach access is just across parking lot on ground floor.Wish weather had cooperated for sunning.

Rockville Stay 2025

Stayed during Rockville, everything was super clean, shower had great water pressure. Beach was close to get to, and the outdoor pool was nice. Host offers supplies which is awesome (beach chairs, beach towels, bathroom supplies, etc). Cons for us were the indoor pool closes at dusk, you need the key for the beach which we didn't know, the bed was not super comfy, the window almost sounds open with how loud everything is and the connection door you can hear everything on the other side.

The room faces the street so you get a lot of traffic noise and you can hear your neighbors if they get loud. The room itself is clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation. The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Perfect for two

Me and my girlfriend took a 3 day trip down and absolutely loved the stay. Very clean and cute, right on the beach. Pool was great. Everything you could want. Hosts were very easy to contact and hospitable. Thanks guys!

Nice easy stay

Great stay while checking my son into college. Cheap and convenient. Beware though that you might have loud neighbors like I did. Nothing my “sounds of rain” couldn’t drown out. The host was super fast with any questions too. Thank you and I’ll be back

This place was pretty typical of a beach town with public beaches. Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Lovely beach. The room faces the main street so a lot of street noise. Worth the price, though. I did not want to pay local hotel prices and I felt safe, comfortable, and content.

Wonderful

This place is wonderful. It was clean and many little sweet touches that made us feel welcome. Communication with owner was excellent and responses were quick. There is some construction still going on from the hurricane and beach access is about a block away. The pool looks out over the ocean and is beautiful and well maintained. The sunrises are spectacular and we got to see 2 rocket launches.

Quick stay in Daytona

My wife and I booked this room for the Rolex 24 Hour Race at the Speedway. The room is good for a short stay in the Sunshine State. The shower can be tricky to find hot water and the AC doesn’t cool the room, but this no-frills room will provide a clean place to lay your head down. Also, there is no ice at the resort, so grab a bag for $3 at the gas station across the street.

Hidden gem

We loved this property!! The location of the sea dip resort is amazing, private beach access, nice outdoor pool and anything else you can think you’d need. No issue with the elevator which I saw was an issue in others stays. The resort sold ice which was so nice to be able to grab right before we walked the two second walk to the beach. The condo it’s self was perfect for the two of us, we don’t need anything huge since when we go on vacation we typically last spend our time enjoying the area and not sitting in the room. The hosts have really worked hard to maximize the space and provide everything you could need to enjoy your stay. 10/10 will be staying here again.

Room was very clean. Description said kitchen/kitchenette, there was a microwave and small dorm fridge. They room was in a convenient location. There were 2 of us and we had reservations for 9 nights, only given 4 washcloths. We would have brought some from home if we had known we needed to.

Fantastic Host!! Very Cute Room, Incredible Access to Beach!

This stay at Kelly and Justin's was absolutely top notch. The accommodations were very clean. Check in was simple and exactly as described, and the room was literally just steps away from the beach ! (Just remember to bring your key with you to and from ;)). This was my first stay in Daytona and I will say the beach and neighbors where a bit of a mixed bag. Regarding the rental though, last but not least the entire weekend was started off on an incredible note as the hosts provided the sweetest surprise birthday gift bag full of goodies for my son. Completely unexpected and so so generous and thoughtful. My son literally said "Ms. Kelly made my day, when do we see her so I can thank her?!" Needless to say thanks Kelly and Justin- wishing you all the best!
