Group of three friends on a fishing and sight seeing trip. Great location minutes to city centre, restaurants and marina. Plenty of outdoor activities close by

We stayed for a week in July. There were 3 couples but we did not feel crowded. The house is very comfortable and nicely appointed. Theres a nice deck for eating outdoors with a lovely view of the ocean. The location is good and it has everything you need for a great stay in Campbell River.

Beautiful view of Discovery Passage. We watched many cruise ships in the evening on their way to Vancouver. The house is well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Too many restaurants to visit for dinner but the water kettle, frig and the microwave were great. Great communication with the owner.

Nice location and lovely view

Quiet neighborhood with a lovely view. Comfortable beds. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The portable air conditioning unit can be placed in whichever room you choose. The tenants downstairs were very quiet.

Thoughtful

The house came well stocked with towels, pots and pans, coffee and many other amenities not found at other rentals. It was very clean and ideally suited for entertaining friends and family with home cooked meals. Nice ocean view and wonderf up gas fire pit on the deck. We will definitely book a stay again here!

Family trip to attend family wedding

Nice property. Very clean and lots of great supplies. Comfortable. Not exactly as advertised. I did not realize the property has full time renters in the basement. Laundry needs to be scheduled as it’s in the full time renters area. Air conditioning is actually a portable unit that requires to be set up when needed. Phillip was very fast to offer help.

Lovely House well located and at reasonable price

This house was great for our young family. Three rooms were perfect. House was clean and had a great view of the channel. Philip was responsive and easy to get a hold of. Being there with family for a week with young kids, our only challenge was not having a washer and dryer to clean clothes throughout our stay.
