Family Friendly Venture Out Getaway

Enjoy the beach and the bay in this unique and family oriented resort. We have a fishing pier on the lagoon side, 2 pools and club houses, shuffle board, mini golf, and tennis courts. A golf cart is also provided with this property! The beach is a 1-2 minute golf cart ride on a path that is provided to the beach side. Our resort backs up to St Andrew’s State Park. Security is located at the entrance and also on pratrol 24/7. This will become a family tradition.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is a great place for our family. Casey is wonderful to work with. Always easy to reach and very accommodating.

The house was immaculate. It’s the first time in years that I’ve stayed at a house and not had to go in and “pre” clean. Communication with the owners was excellent. Short trip across the street to the beach. Having the gold cart made it super convenient.

Excellent spot and host is a very genuine person’

Loved the park and host was very responsive. She even kept us in the loop while there about the upcoming hurricane. Will come again and send friends from home to her.

Fun community

We have several families that rent little homes here ( a few that are residents) and we all enjoy the beach and restaurants near by. The golf cart was very new and clean. It is very convenient to ride across the street to the pool. Thank you!

Beautifully Decorated Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated beach cottage. The house was clean and inviting, the golf cart was amazing and we were close to our friends who also stayed in Venture Out. We love staying in this golf cart community. Casey was very responsive to any questions I had and made the process of checking in super easy. They thought of everything when equipping the cottage and made it nice when checking out to have minimal work to do around the cottage. We will definitely rent this cottage again.

Family Vacation

The home was perfect! My family and I have visited PCB for 10+ years and this has been our best experience so far. Casey was very responsive to any questions we had. The home was roomy, clean, and decorated so nicely. It was stocked with all the essentials we needed. We also loved the golf cart. There is so much to do in the resort, you rarely have to leave. We enjoyed the two pools, private beach access, mini golf, basketball and tennis courts. We already plan to return next summer.

Wonderful cottage

The property was well maintained and very clean. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room. My only complaint was that there is not condiments/seasonings, sharp knifes at the cottage. If you want to grill you have to go by the community pool. Other than that we would definitely go back and bring our own kitchen supplies.

One of our best PCB spring breaks!

This was our first time staying in this community so it was slight adjustment but we came to love it. House looked newly renovated and was very spacious, light and airy with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved the golf cart, just wish it was street legal. Location and community amenities were perfect for adults and teenagers alike. Just beware the house faces the boat storage which is very busy starting at 7 AM all days except Easter Sunday. Would definitely rent again!

Falsely Advertised

It is NOT a "Condo-Resort". It is a RV/trailer/mobile home park. The staff has zero people skills. Rude and unpleasant. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 squirt of shampoo, zero laundry detergent for a 1 week stay. Mold on the sheets! Sheets falling apart. Then they ask me to pay for them. Now received email demanded i pay a parking ticket i never received. Worst VRBO experience.

Recently my husband and I were able to make my dreams become a reality. We have been blessed with this beautiful new property for our family and to share with others.
