300 ft to the Beach - Hear the Surf!

Tastefully furnished 3-level home with 6 large bedrooms, 3 living room spaces, a common full bathroom on each level, plus a huge family room with bar and balcony with water views. Please note this is a family rental and although it sleeps 16, the house comfortably sleeps only 8-10 adults, and the remaining beds are best suited for children. In certain situations we may allow more adults for an added fee, please inquire before booking.

Walk into the front door and you'll see a quiet sitting room to the left, a dining room that opens into the eat-in kitchen to the right and a first floor queen bedroom in the back corner. A full bathroom is also on the first floor. There is a slider to the back deck/yard area.

Up the stairs you'll find a large queen bedroom with two beds and office/kid sleeping room plus two other queen bedrooms (one has a trundle) and a full bathroom on the second floor. The huge family room over the two car garage at the far end of the hallway has plenty of space for watching TV, reading or enjoying the bar. Step out onto the balcony and you can see and hear the ocean!

The finished basement has a sitting area with sofa and day bed plus two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in one, and two twins in the other. Full bathroom including a washer and dryer complete the finished basement space.

The yard is quite large and there is ample parking in the large driveway for all of your guests. (Sorry the garage is not for guest use). Patio set, an outdoor shower and fire pit complete the backyard space.

The beach is 300 feet from the corner of the property down the access road across the street. There is a trolley that runs from one side of Pine Point to Old Orchard Beach and you can pick this up at the Holiday House diagonally from the corner of the property. It's about a 2 minute walk from the house.

The famous Old Orchard Beach pier is just under 2 miles from the house (drive, bike, walk, or take the trolley).

This side of Pine Point beach is quiet, however you can choose to walk to more than 8 eating establishments, there is something for everyone!
