Casa Paz, meaning “Peace,” is a charming two-bedroom condominium with a third sleeping space, located in Condominio de las Flores in Playa Pelada. This cozy retreat offers the ideal mix of comfort and convenience, with lush surroundings, easy access to Pelada Beach, and close proximity to local restaurants and shops.

POOL RULES

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

4:30–5:30 p.m. is designated “Cocktail Hour” — all are welcome, but please respect other guests’ gatherings

Clean up after using the pool or barbecue area

No glassware permitted at the pool

SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM RULES

Monday–Saturday: Housekeepers 8 a.m.–2 p.m. | Guests 2 p.m.–8 p.m.

Sunday: 8 a.m.–8 p.m. (open to all)

Limit use to one washer and dryer at a time

Use only eco-friendly laundry soap

No sandy items (towels, clothing, shoes) in the machines

Clean dryer filters after each use

Machines labeled “OWNERS” are not for guest use

Casa Paz is located in the tranquil Condominio de las Flores community, just minutes from Pelada Beach. Guests can enjoy local restaurants, bars, and mini-markets nearby, or explore tide pools, scenic hikes, and the famous bat caves during low tide. Playa Guiones is just a 10-minute drive or a 25-minute walk away—perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike.

MAINTENANCE NOTICE



Maintenance projects in the external walls of the buildings will occur between April 21st and May 10th, 2026. These tasks include repairing and painting the walls, some noise is to be expected during daytime hours.

LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
