Be one of the first to enjoy this newly renovated suite, located on the beautiful foothills of Mount Helix. Roll out of bed and enjoy a cup of coffee in the patio listening to birds chirping all day long. ALL of the city's top attractions are a short drive away. This beautiful space is clean, crisp and decorated with great style. Indoor work station with strong WiFi signal makes this an excellent work space too :)

Wonderful cozy guesthouse

This is the second time we have stayed here and hope to return next year. The home is clean, comfortable and so well situated. It’s perfect for our 2 week stay while we visiting our San Diego family.

Beautiful property & amazing hosts!

The accommodation was super clean and in a very nice neighborhood! There were grocery stores and some food places within walking distance (5-10 minute walk) and the hosts were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Cutest little bungalow with a wonderful front porch!!!

We loved our stay at this vacation rental. It was quiet, private and had wonderful flowers around the patio. I’d stay here again 10/10! We were able to walk to the grocery store and ate our meals outside on the patio.

Great guest house

This cute guest house was just right for our visit to the San Diego area. It was clean, comfortable and efficient, exactly as the pictures showed. It is close to El Cajon, where our daughter lives, and conveniently located to all highways going downtown and to the beaches. Hope to come back again!

Overall, it was well appointed, we were comfortable, it was very quiet, & the location was great for us--just 8 minutes away from family. We gave it a 4 b/c there were occasional faint mildew & sulfur odors. Instructions on how to navigate the TV options would have been nice, also. All said, it's very nice, the host is responsive, and we would stay there again.

Perfect for our stay in San Diego

My wife and I stayed here while visiting friends in Spring Valley. The guesthouse is separate from the main house and is large and quiet with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is well appointed, the living area and bedroom are spacious, and we appreciated the washer and dryer at the end of a long California trip. Anca was a great host and responded promptly to all our inquiries. Highly recommended!

Great Little Getaway

This place was quiet, clean, and very enjoyable. Comfortable bed. I LOVED the shower, especially the stones in the floor! Essentials are provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Reclining on the couch lulled me to sleep most nights. I would absolutely book this place again.

Cozy comfort

The accommodation was clean and in a great central location. Neighborhood is in established upscale area. There are grocery stores and lots of restaurants and fast food places nearby. Easy check-in and out, Good internet and cable TV. This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. Suggestion....allow parking to be closer to the unit.

Clean and comfortable

Property was clean, well decorated, fairly new. We have stayed at a lot or rentals since we both retired, this was the cleanest!! Some things were placed too high for short people to reach comfortably ( extra towel bars, micro wave, clothes bar in closet, table and chairs in eating area).

Great Location! Super Clean!

This place was clean, cozy and spacious. I really enjoyed the full kitchen and extremely comfortable sectional for watching TV after a day of exploring SoCal. The bathroom is also very nice and spacious. The location is great - 20 minutes to the airport and San Diego beaches with a nice suburban feel. There are also things to explore close by as well, like Mount Helix and the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge. The shrubs around the property also provide nice privacy for this guest house. I would definitely stay here again. Anca was great at communicating and very helpful.

Perfect place

Small but quiet, and quaint. Loved the place. Clean, enough of everything, and easy to find. We stayed inside for a whole day and felt comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyed the space. One thing to note the bed is lower to the floor so if you have knee issues or back issues be aware. The place is stocked with all that you need. Local stores close by. Wonderful host, very accommodating. Would come again.

Good Choice

Property matched ad. Host was responsive and helpful. House has a nice patio. Location is good for shopping, buying essentials. Property was clean. Drive to San Diego is within reason. It is inspiring to see a property so well kept and clean . Also a big plus to have such a helpful host. I travel frequently and can’t think of any criticism here.

Great location, easy stay

We were in town for a pickleball tournament at the new, nice facility in town. The location was perfect, off the beaten path but not far outside of town. The guest house is clean and comfortable. We did not cook although the kitchen is ample. Grocery store right in town. It was very quiet and peaceful. We never saw anyone. The weather was delightful and we enjoyed opening the patio doors and having takeout by the patio. Overall good choice in a small community without hotels.

This unit features vaulted ceilings, a bright living room & full kitchen combo with a spacious bedroom and a beautiful bathroom all on the same floor.
The two air conditioners allow you to set the temperature to the desired comfort in the living room and/or bedroom.
Linens and towels are 100% cotton always clean & soft to make you feel cozy and at home :)

The patio is as relaxing as can be and makes for a Sublime outdoor experience, simply a place to relax, listen to the birds and read a book.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This place is close to great dining/shopping/entertainment, minutes away from Rancho San Diego Plaza, Grossmont Center, La Mesa Village and Casa de Oro Downtown. This guest suite is freeway close and very accessible to all parts of town. Downtown San Diego is approximately 15 minutes and most beaches about 20 minutes. The Zoo, Sea World and Comic Con are in these general areas.

If you're into healthy eating at home, outdoor BBQ and indoor full kitchen both connected to the gas line of the house are a chef's delight. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, utensils and has plenty of counterspace with coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and full fridge. And there is a washer and a dryer in the unit as well.
