This place is a perfect location for a beach vacation. I was there on a girls trip and we had a fantastic time. The place is right on the beach which was never crowded. There is a long boardwalk which was perfect for our morning walks. There are cute coffee shops along the way. The place was super clean and stocked with all the kitchen equipment you would need including several types of coffee makers. There is also a wonderful balcony with ocean views.The host was very easy to communicate with and put fresh flowers out for us and bought breakfast food as well ( thank you!) When we come back to Miami we will look to stay here again.

This place was absolutely worth it! The view alone is incredible, and the beach is literally just steps away — you really can’t beat the location.But what stood out to us even more was our host. They truly thought of EVERYTHING and then some. Every little detail seemed to be considered, and it was obvious how much thought went into making sure guests had everything they could possibly need. Honestly, some of the most considerate hosts we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. Those extra touches make such a difference, and they definitely didn’t go unnoticed!One thing I do want to mention simply so future guests can pack and plan accordingly: there is no elevator to the unit or to the main level of the complex, so there are three sets of stairs total to navigate with luggage, groceries, beach gear, etc. This absolutely would NOT stop us from staying here again — it’s completely worth it — but it’s helpful to know ahead of time, especially when deciding how much to pack!Between the gorgeous view, having the beach practically at your doorstep, and hosts who truly go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of, we had such a wonderful stay. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this condo! Mickael was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. He had the refrigerator stocked with juice, fresh fruit, and breakfast items when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also let us drop off our luggage early before check-in and was incredibly accommodating when our flight was canceled, allowing us to stay an additional night.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs and other beach essentials, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—it's clear that every detail has been considered.The location was perfect: away from the crowds and noise of South Beach but still close to everything. The free trolley stop is right across the street, making it easy to get into town whenever we wanted. The views of the beach were beautiful, and access to both the pool and the beach was quick and convenient.This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in, and would highly recommend!

This was by far the best place I’ve rented. The host was so kind and informative. He showed us around the townhome and even provided some food for our stay. If I could rate higher, I would. I will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhouse. The view of the beach was perfect from the balcony. Mickael was such a caring host who had everything set perfectly for us. He gave us really good restaurant recommendations for the area. The home was clean and spacious and accurate to the listing. My only critique would be a new mattress for the guest bedroom and more wash cloths, but that is me being picky.

Micheal is an excellent host. He was there to receive us at the property and give us a tour of the place. We were pleasantly surprised that he had stocked the fridge with food and wine.The place is fabulously located few steps from the beach. The property has floor to ceiling glass. Lots of lighting. A/C worked well.The day we were leaving he was kind enough to allow us to store our bags past the checkout time since we had a late evening flight.We had a great time and will gladly do it all over again.

Mickael was very welcoming and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The condo has a gorgeous balcony with ocean views. The trees also provide some privacy. It was well-stocked with kitchen essentials and chairs and a cooler for the beach. Excellent place to stay!

Great place. Definitely was accurate to the listing. Appreciated the attention to detail throughout the place. The host was the most welcoming I’ve ever had - even gave us some breakfast items to get started! Great view and patio. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The space is incredible--huge and very well appointed. It is clean and well maintained and the host has thought of everything. Amazing to have a townhouse right on the beach. The host is thoughtful and available without being intrusive--just the right balance.

The drinks in the bar were great and the bartender very friendly. The food not so good. There are several great restaurants around.It is a combination VRBO and hotel. Hotel traffic was crazy. Long wait to get the car valet parked but the bonus was that it was included with the rental! Mikael is an excellent host, we had fresh flowers, breakfast food, coffee and a beautiful townhouse. He explained the features when we arrived. We were very comfortable.

Amazing!!!! This stay was one of our best vacations ever. Mickael, the host, went way beyond in every aspect to ensure that this spot has every amenity. I am a very detailed minded traveler, my standards are set high and this stay absolutely met them in every way. The thought and extras that Mickael has made available were very appreciated and unexpected. We loved it so much, we rebooked the room again for the summer. The location is superb, the interiors and furnishings are impressive and comfortable. We’ll eagerly return in June.

Mikael was a very gracious, helpful, and accommodating host. There were fresh flowers throughout the condo, as well as fruit, juice, bagels, and other thoughtful touches. The condo has wonderful amenities, is well situated, and looks exactly like the pictures on the site. Even though there appeared to be a full house next door, we didn’t hear a peep. Highly recommend.
