BOARD141 - Incredible custom home! No detail overlooked in this amazing boardwalk front property with breathtaking views of the ocean, beach & boardwalk! Open concept with "smart home" features this beach house will surely impress. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with plenty of room, expansive decks offering front row seats to weekly fireworks displays and ALL of the action Point Pleasant Beach has to offer. Table to seating for 8 on the outdoor sectional which allows you to be very comfortable for the fireworks show and everything else being this close to the Boardwalk provides. Additionally, located next to the outside deck is an oversized outdoor shower to help remove all of the unwanted sand and propane grill for your use as well. This property comes with 1 car parking.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
