Great attention to detail.

I planned this rental a year ago so that I can start a tradition with my daughters, their significant others, and my grandchildren. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way the house was set up for relaxing and entertaining. When you’re staying in the house, you can enjoy every attention to detail that the host has put into it. It was nice walking to the beach, having lots of fun on the boardwalk, dipping in the pool, and enjoying the outside game room every evening. Gayle, the host, was so nice and always available to answer questions. I would definitely rent again!

This house, and Gayle, were great! The accommodations, the location, the pool- all made for a perfect Point Pleasant vacation. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect house so close to the beach!

The house couldn’t have been more perfect! Gayle is absolutely amazing to work with! She is fast to reply and make sure your stay is perfect, which it was! My son loved the pool , and the close proximity to the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location!

This house is at a good location to the beach. however to enter beach it is a block away. The house was nice, but definitely was not worth the price we paid. The kitchen was stocked, but the pots and pans nonstick was all scratched, the cooking utensils was melted, we had to go out and buy new pan and utensils to cook on The dishes are not microwaveable, cheap plastics, we had to purchase paper goods. The outdoors is nice but it’s difficult to walk in the rocks in the back yard. The master bed frame upstairs dangerously sticks out, beware of your legs hitting it, we got multiple bruises. We had a great time on our vacation, but it was definitely inconvenient to have to worry about little things listed above .

Excellent Family Vacation Home

There’s a ton of entertainment for children and adults and a pool on site. Very close to the beach. Gayle is extremely communicative and accommodating. We’ve stayed here two summers and plan on coming back many more times.

Awesome house and property

We had a great time at this property. The pool is great, the boat garage is awesome for hanging out if the weather isn't great! The location is perfect. Close to beach and boardwalk but not to close. Gayle is an awesome host and we would absolutely recommend!!

Great house and excellent location

Best of all worlds..great house..close to the boardwalk and beach for entertainment and a walk to bay head for quite time, coffee and breakfast. The pool was awesome too!

Walk or bike to everything

Location near the south end of the Jenkinson Boardwalk gives this property the access without the traffic. Great Town for bicycles as vehicle traffic is mostly on the main streets and an abundance of flat side streets are practically empty. Property garage makes secure storage of E bikes easy and has electric for charging. Owner is very helpful and easy to contact.

A lovely getaway

The home was perfect for my family and my sister's. We had lovely stay during July 4th week. The walk to the beach was easy and there were lots of other things to do locally when it was rainy or overcast within walking distance or a short drive. However, we mostly stayed at the beach or the house. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, swimming and hanging out with a range of kids from 5-18. Garage space was ideal for when they wanted time away from the adults. House was ready for people who cook- both inside and on the grill. Lots of cooking utensils to make things easy. Didn't have a lot of contact with the host but when it was needed, Gayle was super responsive and helpful. Fantastic house!

Beautifully kept home with lots to do for adults and kids alike. Pool was amazing as was the game room. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk but far enough way that the street was quiet. Owner was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect location

Really loved the location, having access to a private beach as well as walkable to the boardwalk, and great restaurants near by. Also loved the pool and outdoor area. Perfect for entertaining. Comfortable and clean inside as well and very well appointed. Lastly, the owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive! Will definitely go back.
