PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7.

CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property, on the exterior only, to help monitor the front entrance, parking, and porch areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)

House is mostly comfortable. Fenced yard is definitely a plus. The White Mountains are beautiful and so inviting. Forests are green and lots of wildlife.

Not too bad

The A-frame cabin was quite quaint, in a convenient location, comfortably furnished, and has magnificent property managers.We found just a few things not in the cabin that would have made our stay a little more comfortable.

Get away from valley

We choose to go up north to take dogs away from city and fireworks for 4th of july weekend. Dogs loved it and no firworks! We enjoyed the peace n quite! The weather was amazing and the cottage was rustic and comfortable. So charming and cute. Neighborhood was a little varied from hi end to lower end! It was safe and perfect for us!

Amazing stay at a great price

Everything included, felt right at home with all the amenities! Nothing to be coveted at this stay for our family, only we wished it could be a little warmer with a central heating system. Master bedroom heated by one space heater, as well as attic room, but additional space heaters are provided for your needs.

White Mountain getaway

The property was tucked away from traffic so mostly quiet. Cabin is older but was mostly comfortable. Having a fenced yard was a plus for us. Outside deck was a nice area to relax on.

The property has potential but needs work. The pictures over sold the property particularly the outside
neighbors closer than expected, did not feel perimeter fencing was safe for pet, porches needed cleaning/painting, outside lighting didn’t all work. Suggest you create a guest manual complete with detailed property instructions and guest sign in/review. ALL light switches should be labeled as to what they do. Get rid of memory foam and buy a decent mattress. Property has potential but needs work as I said. Thank you for listening

Perfect Getaway

Cabin is in a great location, somewhat isolated but close to everything you need. It has all the amenities you could want including a record player! Kitchen had everything you could need and the Caleb had an outdoor grill with fire pit and plenty of room to hang out. Beds were comply and Wi-Fi was fast for streaming. Had a blast using the cabin as home base!

Great stay for a family getaway

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The house was perfectly stocked and the ideal size for the three of us, with plenty of space to relax. It was great to have both space heaters and fans available, depending on the season, and the selection of games and puzzles was perfect for family time. The only hiccup was being provided the incorrect Wi-Fi password initially, and we didn’t receive a response to our inquiry. Thankfully, we found the correct password written in the kitchen, so it all worked out.Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d happily return in the future!

Great cozy A frame with great large fenced yard

My two labs and myself loved our stay and wanted to stay longer, but booked. We stayed 3 weeks and loved the comfy bed, tv options, great rocker chair and most of all relaxing happy hours in great fenced backyard. I opened all doors each morning and let my pups come and go because front and back were fenced. It’s in a quiet end of the road neighborhood with great paved road for morning walk with pups with forest on one side. Super nice neighbors also. It is small and cozy with some updates coming, but we loved every day. Very sad to leave today.

Cozy A-Frame

It was a very pleasant and relaxing visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and bed was comfy. We loved listening to records in the living room. There were plenty of space heaters in addition to the heating system, and the wood burning fireplace worked amazingly well. We were most cozy. It was cold outside so we stayed indoors a lot. When we did go out, we went on a few local hikes and different restaurants for dinner. We like El Azteca and Diddi’s Cafe. We did not use the back yard or back patio at all. The owners also made some nice updates inside since the original photos were taken. :)The only negative we could find was cleanliness in the bathroom. There was hair in one of the drawers and some questionable stains on the cabinet area to the right of the toilet.

Disappointed

I wasn't expecting the the neighborhood to be so populated. There were a lot of loud cars and trucks. I was also disappointed that the AC downstairs did not work well enough to cool things off during the day. The water pressure was poor especially in the bathroom sink. The outside spaces were covered in spider webs. We were looking forward to using the outdoor pizza oven but that enitre area was filthy. It is a good place to stay if you are out all day and just need a basic place to sleep.

The property is kept up. From image I thoght there wouldn't bevmuch around us other than woods. Quiet neighborhood so that was nice. Backyard patio very nice with outdoor cooking area and tablecabd chairs.Due to weather we stayed inside. Flooring is a little wonky not particularly level/flat in all areas.Other than that it is comfortable. Not much space for belongings. One drawer for our clothes and random spaces for book, computer, phones etc. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, bowls, toaster, pots pans, dishes, blender, coffee pot etc.Refrigerator plenty of room for food and beverages we brought.However, so much of their own canned goods no room for our stuff except for on counter space...not a lot of that.Washer and dryer great. Fun memorabila to see and games to play.Easy access to the hiking trails we used.Economical.Very clean but for dust inside medicine cabinet and upstairs (walls, corners).Owner is very easy to work with very communicabke and quick in responding to questions.What would keep us from coming again is lack of space as noted above, flooring and as a short person, I cannot reach the cabinet with plates, glasses etc. Tough not to be able to use towels to the very last minute as starting wash is reqested.
