Come enjoy our 3 bed/3 bath townhouse in the desirable Deer park community! Possibilities are endless with this location! Skiing, hiking, biking, relaxing, family amusement parks all at your finger tips! Or just stay put at the condo and enjoy the amazing amenities offered to guests of Deer Park (indoor pool, sauna, racquetball, 2x gyms, 6 tennis courts, gorgeous mountain fed swimming pond with swim out dock (plus borrow our kayaks), nature trails) - and walking distance to the very fun Woodstock downtown for restaurants, breweries, ice cream or coffee shops!

We are excited to announce we now have AC!

Each bedroom has adjoining full bath. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen. Relax or play on the back deck stocked with yard games, outdoor seating to sip coffee in the gorgeous quiet scenery! Enjoy the awesome amenities of the community, indoor pool, swimming pond, nature trails, 6 tennis courts, 2x gyms. Easy access to 3 ski mountains (Loon 3 miles, cannon 10 miles, Waterville valley 25 miles), endless hiking and biking! Family friendly attractions a short drive away - Whale tail water park, Clark’s bear amusement, Storyland/Santa’s village! Come enjoy all the wonders of NH white mountains!

Note: indoor pool and hot tub are under co structuon from 4/1-8/28 (approximately). Once grand reopening date is announced we will update.

We note our condo sleeps 12, but we do charge an additional fee per head over 7 to account for additional cleaning fees and time. We hope you understand! We love having your group, but do need to plan accordingly when the groups are larger.

We really liked the area. There was so much to see and do. The home was large enough to make our family feel very comfortable. The kitchen was also updated and well equipped for meals. We loved how peaceful the property was.

Vacation Rental

My family has been staying at different homes in Deer Park’s Resort for 10 years. This is by far the best home we’ve stayed at. It’s a short walk to the lake, and the home is beautiful inside. We had plenty of space for us 8 adults and one baby. The hosts were also very helpful. We would highly recommend staying here!

Deerpark 2024

We had a great family trip and this condo was perfect. The kitchen was fantastic and the AC was an added bonus! Plenty of room for everyone and more. Well maintained and stocked. Walking distance to beach and clubhouse. Communication with the host was easy. This unit was very welcoming. We would definitely return.

The owners were very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The house was perfect for my family … myself, my husband, 2 kids, mother-in-law, and our puppy! The kitchen was well appointed with all that you needed to have a nice dinner at home. We were at want for nothing … lots of room, a spacious front entry, washer and dryer, a terrific wood burning fireplace, a ton of games and puzzles, and lots of extra blankets and throws. The condo is just an 8 minute drive to Loon. It was a very comfortable stay and we will definitely return in the future!

Family Get Away

We stayed at the property with my parents and sister’s for a family get away so that our young children can spend time together. The rental was superb! It was clean. It was spacious. The owner was accommodating, flexable and responsive. Beds were comfortable. The rental was charming and cozy. Nicely decorated. We loved the community and the amenities. The townhouse is very close to shopping and restaurants. A ski resort is also not far. Not to mention- we were tucked away around the White Mountain National Forest. We were about 10 minutes from National Forest attractions and hiking. We were about 50 minutes from Mount Washington but the drive was well worth it. I highly recommend this property. We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful experience

We had the most amazing time at this property. House was fully equipped and so comfortable. Deer Creek offered so many activities and everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed the lake and the pool. Very close to so many attractions, hikes and town. Can’t wait to visit again.
