Look no further!

We found a gem of a place! A roomy, clean, and inviting two-bedroom home with great access to shops, restaurants, and bars, all in a friendly and peaceful neighborhood—what more could you ask for? Close to the metro and Smithsonian! Communication with the owner, Kam, was excellent. It was a delightful stay. 😊Great Location!

Parking on the street, make we did get a ticket despite having a zone 6 permit. We are fighting it. Location to Eastern Market is amazing!

The check-in was extremely easy. The property owner sent messaging around the process. The owner also reached out several times before check-in to see if I needed anything or information or help with parking. The house was great. It’s a really neat house in a really good spot. Was very easy to get Uber drivers and a very very short walk to the Metro station. The neighborhood is clean and safe with many good choices to eat just a block away. I would definitely stay here again, and I will recommend it to others. Overall, an absolute fantastic experience.

Absolutely the best location for visiting Washington DC: 2 blocks from Eastern Market metro station (and Trader Joe’s). It is one metro stop to the US Capitol. It is an 1800’s house turned into flats. An older property may not suit all, but others like me will enjoy an historic building. It has two separate bedrooms whereas most DC short term rentals are one bedroom. The host responded quickly when we had questions.

Excellent play to stay!

We loved the fact that the house is in quiet neighborhood a block and a half from groceries, restaurants, coffee and the metro station. It was easy to get where we needed to go! Also, it was very warm outside (high 90s) and the air conditioning worked great!! Host communicated well and while we had no problems, I'm sure it would have been easy to contact someone if we did. Also, they send videos showing you how to open the entry door which I thought was a very nice touch! It was easy, but it adds to your comfort level- especially if you're arriving after dark.

It was a great stay! The host was communicative, the place was clean, and the location was fantastic! Would absolutely plan on staying here again when I come to DC next.

Ideally located near Eastern Market neighborhood. Easy walk to many restaurants, bars, metro. Unit is a large 2-bedroom with a big full size kitchen and living room. The shower is incredible! Excellent communication with host. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
