Cette belle villa de 2 étages au 2ème et au 3ème étage avec une vue spectaculaire sur le lagon et la piscine depuis chaque chambre est prête à vous permettre de profiter de tout ce que Hilton Head Island a à offrir.

Notre unité est l'une des plus grandes villas de location sur l'île Hilton Head. Le premier étage a une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et nouveau réfrigérateur. À côté de la cuisine se trouve une buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Notre salle à manger et salon s'ouvrent sur la terrasse / balcon donnant sur le lagon et la piscine. Le pont offre également votre accès à la piscine. Le salon dispose d'une grande section avec 2 fauteuils inclinables, une télévision, un lecteur DVD, un fauteuil à bascule / inclinable pivotant, une salle d'eau et un accès sans fil et câblé (si nécessaire) à Internet. Un téléphone est fourni afin que vous puissiez faire vos heures de départ et réservations de dîner sans utiliser vos minutes de cellule. À l'avant de l'unité se trouve une troisième chambre avec 2 lits doubles, un grand dressing, un grand espace tiroir et une salle de bain complète.

À l'étage, notre spacieuse villa offre une chambre principale avec un lit king, 2 placards spacieux et salle de bain complète. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, un dressing spacieux et une salle de bain complète.

À l'extérieur de notre villa se trouve une unité de stockage verrouillée où vous pouvez ranger vos vélos, équipements de plage ou clubs de golf. Un chariot de plage, des chaises, un parapluie, une glacière à rouleaux et 1 ensemble de clubs de golf sont fournis pour votre commodité.

La piscine dispose d'une grande terrasse bien exposée et d'une piscine séparée pour les tout-petits.

Profitez d'un accès GRATUIT à la piscine intérieure, au terrain de raquette et à l'équipement d'exercice du Players Club Fitness Center (situé en face de l'entrée de Springwood) ou profitez d'une heure de tennis GRATUIT par jour à la célèbre Van Der Meer Tennis Academy ( situé à côté du Players Club).

Stationnement hors rue sans circulation.
Nous offrons des rabais à un magasin d'alimentation local.

Situé à côté de la plantation SeaPines et de Harbour Town. Vous pouvez accéder à l'une des activités de l'île en 15 minutes environ.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Hilton Head. This condo is close to the pool with views of the pond and a half mile walk to the beach! The place is clean and comfortable. It worked really well for our family!

This place was perfect! We had 7 adults and a 1 year old. We all had enough space and the facility had everything we needed. Location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach, park or shopping plaza. It was quiet and clean. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had prior to the trip. Pool is great! And the price was very reasonable in fact I thought I paid more for the week than I did just because of how nice the place was. When I checked what I had actually paid I was even more pleased with this accommodation. We would definitely stay again.

This property was even better than described. From our balcony, overlooking the pool and courtyard, you would never know you were in a busy tourist area. Very peaceful! And the villa was very clean, well stocked, and very spacious for our 4 person family. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family all loved this condo and agreed it’s our favorite condo we have ever rented. It was clean, well stocked with toiletries and kitchen needs. Wonderful stay!

This condo suited our family of 5 perfectly! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space which was great because our children range in age from 16 to 21. Pool was very close and beach was only 1/2 mile away. We rented bikes and the kids used them a lot to peddle all over the island. Communication with owners was easy. Our only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was weak so during our one rainy afternoon, we were unable to stream any online services. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great Location with Big rooms

Great Location, Big bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, great A/C, Full size washer and dryer, large kitchen with a lot of countertop. Note: stairs to get to front door that is on second floor and more stairs on inside to get to third floor bedroom we are almost 60 years old it was a workout for us. So just keep that in mind if you are not in good health. However, it was the best price for the size, condition, location.

Ladies Trip

The property was clean and the location was great. The problems that we experienced was with all of the bugs inside the condo. The first problem was ants in the kitchen when I arrived. There was bug spray in the cabinet so that was solved. I notified the owner of this problem my first night. During my 3 night stay the bug problem begin with a tick on the bedroom wall, then a spider on my pillow, a water bug on the floor, and the most upsetting to me was the lizard in the shower. I notified the owner the last night of my stay about the problems with all the bugs. The owner apologized and stated that the bug problem wasn't normal, but didn't offer to compensate me for my inconvenience in any way, so I asked him by text and he basically said there was nothing he could do. I feel this wasn't good customer service. No one should have this many problems with bugs in their living space while trying to enjoy themselves on vacation.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, other than the ants which was handled, we were not aware of the other issues until the night before your departure leaving us no time to rectify the situation during your stay. We did have the unit evaluated after your departure and no major issues were identified. With the location, the lagoon and close proximity to nature there are occassionally little critters that make their way and so we do apologize for the inconvenience but certainly we want all our guests to be comfortable in a clean environment which we feel we do provide.

Needs some tender care

The condo has a great view and plenty of room. However, the advertisement states "new carpet" and that is far from true. The carpet was dirty throughout and badly stained in the hallway and dining area. We have taught our kids to take their shoes off in our house and others but chose to wear shoes due to the carpet condition. The ceiling fans were covered with dust and we ended up wiping them down before turning them on. I emailed the owner pictures of these items on Sunday, one so we wouldn't get blamed for carpet stains and the other just to let him know if they hadn't been there in a while. I received an email back with it's "inevitable" for the carpet to become dirty and that he would speak with the cleaning people regarding the fans. I even told him we would accommodate a carpet cleaning company coming in during the week but got no response back. The people who rented the week before us stated they had an infant that crawls and hated to let him due to the carpet condition. I had got in contact with them because they had left a camera and Ipod in one of the bedroom dressers. Along with what I have already stated, the baseboards were dusty and there were cobwebs in some of the windows. Again the view, size, and location are fantastic but I would not rent the unit again unless it gets a good Spring cleaning. We were disappointed in the unit and owners response and just wanted to leave an honest review in hope the owners take it to heart.

After vacationing on Hilton Head for many years, during our stay the summer of 2009, we decided it was time to purchase our own place on Hilton Head. We chose Springwood in South Forest Beach for a number of reasons. The location of the villa itself is quiet and serene yet only footsteps from the hub of the Island, Coligny Plaza and beach. When we walked into the unit and saw the layout and size of the villa we thought it was perfect. Then we looked out of the windows of the villa and saw the view of the lagoon and pool we knew it was Paradise Found.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This end 2 story 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath villa is in the last building of Springwood. The view of the lagoon and pool can be seen from every room. There is plenty of off street parking and there is no thru traffic to worry about. There are restaurants within walking distance.
