Charming apartment with beautiful sunset views

Really enjoyed my stay. Great host, was always available to answer any questions or concerns. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very nicely furnished. The building has good amenities and is very well managed. Would definitely stay there again.

great location, great views, safe building

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. Near the waterfront and near Little Italy. Views were amazing from the balcony. Felt very safe in the building with front desk security. Arrived to a clean apt unit, and appreciated that there was water and ice provided in the fridge upon arrival. That helped after a long drive. Host was very responsive to my questions or any concerns. We made use of the multiple amenities--pool, steam room, and sauna too. Lovely stay overall!

Gorgeous views!!

We had a great stay at Arman’s place, it’s on the 15th floor with amazing views of the harbor, city and the Coronado Bridge. The VRBO photos were taken on a foggy day and don’t do the views justice. Having the outdoor patio was so nice to enjoy San Diego’s weather. Easy walks to the waterfront, Little Italy and Gas Lamp made for a perfect location. Arman was a terrific host, extremely responsive to any requests we had. The apartment is just like the pictures and we found the bed very comfortable. The staff at the Grande North are very attentive and friendly. We would love to book Arman’s place again next February! Thank you.

Disappointing

The furniture was not the same as the pictures. The condo is furnished like a cheap apartment. The kitchen was terribly under stocked. As an example, while there are barbecues by the pool, there are no BBQ utensils. Another example is that while the condo was advertised for 5 people, there were only 4 table settings. While the property manager was very nice, he is out of state and his solution was for us to go buy the missing items and he would reimburse us. The condo was also not very clean. We had to hire a house cleaner to clean the place. The location is wonderful and so is the building management. There are a lot of homeless in the area.
