The Master Bedroom has a California King bed, walk-in closet with built-ins and private Master Bathroom with full shower. The Secondary Bedroom has a Queen bed, two closets and direct access to the Secondary Bathroom with combo tub/shower. The loft has a smart tv with surround sound. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, made from fresh ingredients purchased at local markets or the Saturday Mercato. The 1000 square foot private deck invites you to savor a morning cup of coffee, welcome friends, entertain clients during cocktail hour or enjoy a romantic sunset. The unit offers all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer and WiFi. Located in a secure building, common amenities include pool, spa, game room, gym and central courtyard with bbq grills.

Just steps from the front door you will find the culture this unique area offers -- authentic Italian cuisine, coffee, gelato and bocce ball courts. Venture further out on foot and you will find the San Diego Civic Theater, the Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. If you want to drive your car from your convenient underground parking spot, you can quickly get to Old Town, Coronado or Balboa Park, with the famous San Diego Zoo. You can easily enter the freeway and explore all San Diego has to offer, including SeaWorld, Legoland, shopping and miles of beaches.
