Such a nice house and community! House was even nicer than appeared in the pictures. Hot tub and pool were right out the back door which was perfect for soaking muscles each night after playing lacrosse all weekend! 10/10 would reccomend

This condo was so perfect for our group of 4 women. We always stay in Desert Falls and we will surely stay here again. It was also darling and decorated so tastefully. The pool is steps away which we loved. Beds and linens were beyond nice and very comfortable. Susan always responded to me quickly when I had a question. We couldn’t figure out the TV remotes so she came right over and helped us. It was so kind of her to do this. She also gave us an early check in that we appreciated so much. Thank you Susan for everything!

The condo was comfortably. Had a few things in the place that had to be fixed, Susan got them fixed quickly.

Lovely stay in the desert

The condo was lovely. The master suite was huge with a huge shower and twin sinks. Lovely. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds, a little odd and for couples, it would be nice to have a queen. Everything was very clean and neat. The couch and love seat were very comfy and the kitchen was nice. The stove Is electric. Regular coffee maker and Keurig as well with some pods to use (very nice). Dishwasher Ana microwave both nice. The pool was older but nice and we were the only people in it the whole week. The fitness center was really nice too. I walked there in the mornings, did my weights and walked back. The host was very attentive to my messages and always answered back very promptly.

Great condo

Susan was a wonderful host. The property was very clean and well stocked. There was a welcome surprise of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. Would love to come back and stay longer. Brand new mattresses were a definite plus.

Very nice 3 week vacation accommodation

Great location in Palm Desert, maximum 25 minutes to get anywhere such as PGA West in La Quinta or downtown Palm Springs. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby too. The rental had everything we needed and a pool and spa was only steps away. And a bonus was access to the fully equipped fitness centre and the courts for pickleball and tennis. Would stay here again.

Disappointed

The condo is in a great location. The pictures on VRBO are better than what the condo actually is. The condo is not clean. The carpets, floor, under the kitchen sink, the sliding door need a good cleaning or replaced. The walls need painting. There are wires hanging down from the TV.

Great property, Great location

We have stayed in a number of different properties in Desert Falls and we were a little concerned that this was right at the back and on a main road, however being able to use the Frank Sinatra gate 24/7 was very convenient and there was no noise at all from the road. The property was beautifully kept and had some lovely touches such as snacks and water for our arrival. The master bathroom was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We were literally steps away from the pool and all in all it was a perfect stay

Nice stay

Perfect plaçe for my husband and me, had everything we needed, including in the kitchen. (Carving knives were dull—bring your own if you intend to cook!). We were disappointed that the pool and hottub nearby were not heated, especially since that’s why we chose this particular place. Fortunately there are pools all over, and two heated ones within 90 seconds walking distance.

Perfect for Acrisure Arena

The condo was great for my son and I. We came to town to watch Hockey. Susan was really helpful and was easy to get a hold if needed. If you are visiting the area for an event at the new arena. This condo is very close. Very clean and spacious. Thanks again Susan.

Excellent VRBO in Palm Desert

This VRBO Ranch in Desert Falls CC fit our family needs very well and was very comfortable . Everything is on one level. It was close to family, shopping and restaurants. The home is fully equipped and outfitted with high end furnishings - from beds, linens, towels , furniture and appliances. We appreciated the access and use of the garage. This unit is in a gated community so we felt safe and secure. The Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this VRBO in Palm Desert and it was definitely a 5 star experience.

Excellent stay!

Enjoyed our stay at condo. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and basket of snacks! Owner was easy to communicate with, responded to any questions in a short time. Unit was clean, kitchen very well stocked, very comfortable beds. Lovely quiet patio to enjoy morning sun, new bbq and patio furniture . Would definitely stay there again.

Easy and pleasant stay

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable, easy stay and then some. We didn't make it to the pool, but we did walk around the neighborhood every sunrise and sunset. Susan was so nice and answered any questions quickly. The wine bar setup welcoming us was an added treat. It was a great stay.

Awesome weekend stay

My family came out for a quick weekend stay and we loved the property. The owner was very responsive and kind. The house has two nearby pools, one just steps from the back patio. We plan to return soon!
