2 Bedroom Unit in Great Location on 2nd Fairway

This lovely 2 bedroom unit is located on the 2nd fairway at the Palm Desert Resort & Country Club. Newly furnished with all amenities to enjoy an extended stay. Prepare meals in the well-appoinated kitchen with all new appliances or enjoy your BBQ'd dinner taking in the golf course views. PDRCC has a wonderful 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, multiple swimming pools and a welcoming clubhouse.

As owners of another unit in PDRCC, we fell in love with this location and spent time renovating it with new furniture and appliances. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, a big screen tv, dining area for four and casual seating at the breakfast bar open to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped and has new dishware and glasses.

The larger primary bedroom has a newer queen sized bed, new linens, a big screen tv, plenty of storage including a huge mirrored closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with new linens, and a large walk-in closet. Both bathrooms - the primary with a walk in shower and the second offers a tub with shower - have new towels and amenities.

Additional features include a double carport, full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heat. Additionally, PDRCC has incredible activities, a lovely clubhouse, a casual cafe, multiple pools and spas and fantastic people.

With extended stay of 28 nights or more, we will offer a 15% discount and no 12% city tax will be due. Please check the calendar for availability.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative was that non-members couldn’t play pickleball until after 2pm and for an additional fee and that information wasn’t disclosed.

Nice quiet stay on the golf course

The place was quiet and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Pool and hot tub were right across the street and enjoyed daily. We receive a quick response to any questions we had and the gated community was a plus.Thanks again for a great stay!!

Eine tolle Woche im Resorter Country Club

The condo was in a perfect, quiet location, clean, and had everything you need. Plenty of toilet paper, hand towels, pool towels, dish soap, and even laundry pods. The pool was only 30 meters away and very quiet. We were almost always alone there. We've stayed at this complex several times, but this apartment was better than the others. Communication was excellent, and all our questions were answered quickly. Since we love Palm Desert, we would choose this accommodation again.

Great Stay with Excellent Host Support

Our stay was enjoyable, and what really stood out was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. While we ran into a couple of minor issues, the hosts went above and beyond to address them quickly and with care. Their responsiveness and support is truly a rare and commendable quality.It’s clear the hosts are dedicated to ensuring their guests have a great experience, and that effort really made a difference for us. We left feeling well cared for and would happily recommend this property.

Great Location

This property is located in a complex we have stayed in before. We visit the PS area each year and we prefer to stay in Palm Desert because it’s close to the restaurants and activities we enjoy. This complex is well kept, has a golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts, clubhouse offering food and many swimming pools. This property like many in it, is dated. These are not new structures, but it really depends on how many updates the owners choose to make. This owner added newer appliances, furniture, carpet etc. But some things were older and could use updating. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There is a patio and chairs looking onto the golf course. There is a barbecue grill. Washer and dryer came in handy. We had a couple issues, but owner responded very quickly. This property is a good value. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat it for a golf getaway. Clean and everything you need. Plus Palm Springs area is like Disneyland for golfers, The Happiest Place on Earth!
