Updated & clean, spacious open concept home features:
⇱ 3 bedroom (2 bedrooms upstairs & one bedroom in the basement)
⇱1.5 bath (upper and lower level)
⇱ Brand new kitchen

The home is away from:
⇱ Downtown Appleton & Lawrence University - 3 miles
⇱ 15 Minute drive to Fox River Mall
⇱ 30 minutes drive to EAA (Oshkosh)
⇱ 30 minutes drive to Lambeau Field.

Our home will comfortably fit 7 occupants. (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 full and 2 twin beds).

You'll enjoy my idyllic duplex!

Wonderful stay

Nice place

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The price was right for the accommodations. Beds were nice, the water pressure was insane... in a good way! Our only issue was the recliner in the living room... it was "tricky" to use.

Weekend in Appleton

The place was clean, quite and had a lot of pleasant amenities. Water and snacks were supplied. Clean communication the entire trip. Would rent again.

Quiet and clean

Home was clean and decor was nice. Complimentary coffee was a welcomed touch. The helicopters from the maple tree in the back were plenty. I swept them up twice and they continued to cover the ground/table, but we still enjoyed the nice private backyard.

Super clean and Comfy

Amaris and Raul are wonderful, loyal hosts. I had a little snafu right before I was to arrive at their property but they stuck with me and I was able to stay at their home. So glad it all worked out, too! The house was super clean and set up perfectly for myself and my friends. It’s a great neighborhood as well to roam around. Definitely going to try to stay here again!

Very roomy and clean

The only reason I gave a 4 on location is this home is it faced right next to 4 lane highway. And the fenced in backyard was not completed. We loved working with Amaris

Basic duplex with everything you need

Other than being unaware that it was a duplex and that there would be a neighbor right next door, the place was fine for a couple nights. Bathroom could use a little extra cleaning/maintenance but otherwise, overall the property checked the boxes.

Very clean and modern

We had a very nice time! The yard was great and we spent time out by the firepit in the evening. The house was very clean and you can tell had recently been updated and modernized. Lots of clean towels, comfortable beds, etc. Amaris was super responsive and the home was stocked with k-cups and snacks in the kitchen. We brought our dog, but the backyard was not completely enclosed so be aware of that. The home is also a duplex, but we had zero issues with noise from the neighbors. The neighborhood is cute but has no sidewalks for walking.

Great Communication! Nice interior! Felt safe!

We had a nice stay! The only thing I wish were disclosed was that this is a duplex property. Which there’s nothing wrong with that but I don’t like renting something I think is my own house and finding out later that it’s attached to something else. Disclosing of this is a nice thing (for me). The only other thing is the fence is broken and has a hole in the back so we couldn’t just let our dog out back to run free and stretch like we had anticipated (though I imagine this is something they are planning on fixing). The remodel of this home however was lovely! It smelled lovely! The owners provided snacks in the pantry which was great as we arrived late! We truly could have wanted for nothing as everything was provided. The owner was very kind and communicated quickly! I would recommend the stay.

Excellent Stay in Appleton

We had a fantastic 3 nights at the property to visit our daughter at Lawrence U. The home was very clean with plenty of room for us to visit and even prepare a few home cooked meals. Beds were great and everything was well stocked. We really loved the backyard area and spend one evening sitting around the fire pit. Excellent communication with the owner.
