The Neighborhood:
Well established quiet neighborhood. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes (or drive there in 3-5) and enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown.

Getting Around:
UBER, Lyft, City Bus System and Taxis all available. Easy city to walk, run or bike around as well.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is about a 3 minute drive from downtown and the PAC, 30 minutes from Green Bay (Lambeau Field), 20 minutes away from Oshkosh (EAA, Rockfest, Country USA, LIfefest), and just under 2 hours from Milwaukee (Airport, Summerfest). Just 3 minutes from the highway that will take you to all these places, but nestled into a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood.

Quiet Neighborhood

A very clean and comfortable house to stay in. We were there for a Packer game and everything worked out great. Would stay again if the need arose.

Lovely home

This was a charming house. Everything was impeccably clean and it had everything we needed to stay a few nights. It was very comfortable and suited our family of five perfectly. It’s a good location, easy to get pretty much anywhere you need to go in Appleton.

The home is adorable, and although smaller than it appears in the listing photos, plenty of space for a group of 8. Close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Property for Visiting Family

Perfect size for famly of 6. Check isn't until exacty 4pm. Basement heaters were most appreciated. Bring your own pantry staples. Very clean property and smooth check-in check-out process.

Spacious. 3 large bedrooms and nice child's room . Great kitchen. Nice neighborhood.

Home is clean, spacious, comfortable. Great kitchen. Grocery store, gas station and some restaurants very close. Nice neighborhood. Only wished TV had easier viewing in terms of network access.

Super cute home in sweet dog friendly neighborhood!

This was a comfortable four-bedroom home we rented to see family in Appleton area. It was perfect for our two pups and two year old granddaughter, and provided a great neighborhood to walk them a lot!! The location is a hop and a skip to downtown, you can walk to several parks for children and the Dairy Queen❀ it’s a great location to visit all of the area attractions, especially the Holy Shrine to the Packers💛💚. With a cute little fenced yard and a gourmet kitchen, it was the perfect home away from home for our little trip.

Cute neighborhood in convenient location

Happy to stay in a charming older house in a cute neighborhood as opposed to a hotel. Plenty of room for my family. Kitchen had everything we needed, living room was very comfortable, beds were comfortable, and the 1,000 piece puzzle had all the pieces ! (We always do puzzles on trips, lol). Only things to consider were ceiling height downstairs is pretty low for anyone taller, bath towels could've been a little higher quality, and stairs for two bedrooms might limit certain guests for those rooms.

Perfect Packers Place

My whole party enjoyed Mark's house, from the bottled water & snacks to the comfy beds; from the spice-stocked kitchen, to the adorable family photos and artwork; from the interior sliding barn door to the unique fixtures and rustic classroom chairs in the dining room... This place is awesome! It's more spacious than it looks from the outside. The upstairs area (where I slept) is beautifully done with dark wood, delightful decor, & plenty of space (although no bathroom, which is at the bottom of the stairs). It's a wonderful area to have a laugh w friends and family. The ceiling fan was as cool as the mints on our pillows. Mark has thought of everything. He is a fount of info and just a call or message away. I highly recommend his place!

Nice but no snow removal company

The house was clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook. Provided toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs and trash bags which was helpful. We’ve rented over 50 homes and it was the first time supplies were on hand to use. Came to town for State Gymnastics Meet and relaxation but wasn’t very relaxing when needing to shovel part of the driveway when we arrived and then again the following day when it snowed. Home is on a busy street and the plow leaves a ridge so high my large suv could never get through it. Over a foot of snow fell that was manually shoveled. Fun right?! Reached out to management and received the response they come after it’s done snowing. They never came. Basement bedroom wasn’t safe with snow packed ontop of the egress window cover. I’m certain this property would be great to utilize in the summer.

Comfortable and relaxing home

The home was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The home was close to downtown Appleton so plenty to do.. Really great place to stay.

Relaxing getaway house for ladies who like to shop!

We came to the area to shop and loved what both Appleton and Neenah had to offer. The home was clean and quaint with plenty of space and separate bedrooms for the four of us. House was in a great location - easy to get to all of our shopping destinations. Check in was easy.

it was all easy

Mark made things so easy! He is good at this and it is obvious he really cares. Communication was a breeze with quick replies. Everything was super clean, which we all probably think more about these days than we'd like. Comfortable bed. The generous treat basket was a great amenity! With only my husband and myself it still looked full when we left, but we certainly enjoyed having some snacks. Well done Mark, and thank you!

Nice - Will book again!

This place had everything we needed, including a tricked out kitchen that made cooking fun! The upper floor bedroom/sitting room was even nicer than the listing pictures show. Yard is small, but fenced in and secure. Enough space to toss a ball for our 40lb dog and tire him out. Overall, great space that met our needs. Thank you Mark!

Clean house centrally located with plenty of space

We stay here for my son’s basketball tourney and explored the area. The house clean and well stocked. The owner was responsive and courteous. We would stay here again.
