I had several college friends in for Labor Day weekend. Some of them had never been to Arkansas. The house was great, Hot Springs was great, and we had a fabulous time!

Perfect Location

The house had plenty of room for our big family group. The game room was a hit as well as being right on the water for swimming and kayaking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Dickens family annual lake trip

We had a great time! The house was beautifully decorated and so close to the marina. Every detail was thought out and everything we needed was there. Check in and check out was easy and my communication with the property management was always helpful. My grandkids really appreciated the game room. We all loved the bedding and mattresses. We would recommend this to family and friends.

Property was wonderful- beautifully se orated and perfect location for our family and our boats. Game room was great for the children during the scattered rai. Showers and evening. Host was quick to respond to questions, offering assistance as needed. It would be nice to have locks on bathroom doors for privacy with 14 people and 3 bathrooms, hard to know when door is closed or in use. My husband did a "make shift" repair on the downstairs bath that helped. Again, great property- we will likely boo this home again for our group next summer . Thank you!

Beautiful Lakefront Property with amazing views

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens for all. Very comfortable, rec/game room was a hit with everyone. Host is very quick to respond. Loved the Christmas decor - we celebrated Christmas with family over the stay. We are looking at coming back in the summer time!

The BEST place on Lake Hamilton

We celebrated my husband’s 50th Birthday with a trip to Hot Springs. The Farmhouse was the perfect location for us, along with my mother, our adult children and teenage daughter. Everyone had their own space to relax! The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect. We loved our stay and hope to return soon with more family to rent all three houses on the property.

Good location

It was a good location to the main body of water. House was nice but lacked on cleanliness. There were dead gnats in the refrigerator and on the counter tops, spider webs in the kitchen, and some centipedes crawling around down stairs. Other than that it was a great stay.

Amazing Home

Best placed we have stayed so far on the lake and we will definitely book again soon. The home was clean and spacious for 10 people. I will always recommend this home.

Farmhouse on Pinehill Estate

The home was beautiful. It was more than enough room for the right of us. I really appreciated that everything we needed was already there. We just had to buy groceries. Thanks for a relaxing weekend and look forward for my next stay.

Excellent View

Very refreshing and bright home with a beautiful view. Driveway was a bit steep but the roads in the area are as well so not a problem once you get adjusted. Love the distance it was to different attractions in the area.
