Kick back and relax in this calm, inviting, stylish space.
Near downtown, in a community-focused residential neighborhood near the Yellowstone river.
Enjoy a glass of wine or a good book on the charming front porch that faces a community courtyard.
Or relax in one of the indoor spaces in cozy room with plenty of natural light.
This home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen and living room area, a private side-yard, and a cozy front porch.

The space
This three-bed, two-bath home is newly constructed and well-maintained. You'll enjoy a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and standing desk, and a room with a full-twin bunk and a twin-trundle. There is a second shared full bath in the main area. There is guest-accessible laundry (free) in the primary bath. The primary closet is locked to guests but you may use the other closets located in the other two bedrooms.
There is an open-concept living space to relax and watch TV, play games, cook dinner, eat, etc.
The front porch overlooks a community courtyard that you're welcome to enjoy and there's also a private and fenced-in side yard.
Optional highchair, baby gate, and pack-n-play for use if needed.

5-minutes from i-90 exits (Zoo Drive & City Center)
10-15 minutes from downtown hospitals

The host was amazing. She was extremely helpful and had our best interest at heart. If I return to Billings I will definitely search out her property. She made an extremely difficult trip, easier.

Clean and well equipped

Nice neighborhood. Well equipped home. Clean. Comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Owner is very communicative. I stayed for 2 weeks. My only comment is that there is not a lot space for clothes storage - we made it work, though.

Really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable house however the remote for the TV definitely needs to have the batteries replaced. Not vital obviously but just to be aware. Thank you for everything!

Cute and relaxing

The home is very cute and very relaxing. There were 5 adults and we fit comfortably. It is nice to have a home away from home to stay. All family members enjoyed the house and preferred the home instead of staying at a hotel. The host was easy to contact and everything was laid out well.

Family reunion

The property was just as advertised. A nice newer/quiet neighborhood. The amenities were comfortable. Our one minor critique is that the coffee pot was way too small for 5 adult coffee drinkers. We were constantly "on the brew" :-) We also had some difficulty with the T.V. but I'm sure that was operator error. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone considering it.

Beautiful area and property

Property was as described in the listing. The area is beautiful with easy access to local sights, shopping, and restaurants. The property includes all appliances, and everything worked as it should. The coffee maker is miniature (like a hotel) and we had to make several pots for 3 adults to enjoy 2 cups each morning. A larger machine (or a K-cup machine) would be more convenient. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. None of the bedroom windows have curtains, and instead have large, slatted blinds that do not sufficiently block out light. We traveled from a different time zone and our sleeping rhythm was not synched with sunset / sunrise in Billings. The sun rose about 2 hrs before we normally woke up and it set roughly 2 hrs later than we normally went to sleep. This made it challenging to fall asleep based on our "internal clocks" because we could not darken the bedrooms to minimize interruption of our normal sleep patterns. On the flip side, the house has tons of natural light all day. Host was gracious and responsive. The address is new so GPS may not yet recognize it. Watching the host’s video was exceptionally useful and we found the location with ease. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Terrific place to walk around and relax.

Great Place in South Billings

It was a great place that was comfortable and inviting for the three of us, and probably would be for even more people. Not a bad area that will be better when some of the construction nearby is finished.

This property is a new construction in a newly constructed neighbhorhood. A neighborhood marketplace is being finished late fall of 2022 and will feature fun and unique stores, a coffee and soda shop, as well as restaurants and bars.

The property is on a quiet and private park. Enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch or relax inside in the cozy and inviting space. Plenty of room and kid-friendly. Please let us know if you're bringing small babies and/or toddlers along as we have a pack-n-play, highchair, and baby gate available for you! The open-concept dining, living, and kitchen will be a great place to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Then retreat to your private bedroom for a cozy evening. Each room has brand-new linens, brand-new pillows, comfortable mattresses, and sound machines so you can enjoy a restful night's sleep away from home.
