This spacious 5-bedroom, 3 bath home has it all! Walking distance to downtown Littleton and tons of great restaurants and bars, a hot tub, foosball, and a secret hideout for the little ones (stairs to hideout located at the top of the bunk bed, use at own risk). There is a fully equipped kitchen plus a kitchenette in the basement, an outdoor fireplace and a gas grill. This home truly has everything you need for a fun family getaway.

Beds and TVs
The beds were so hard that 2 of our family members moved to a hotel after the first night. The beds are also very low to the ground. Hard to get in and out of. Also the only working TV was in the master bedroom. There was a TV in the basement but according to the rental agent we had to sign into an account that none of us had.

Family Trip to Denver
Overall, the house was “ok”, I was expecting a little more for the price. It was spacious and had enough room for the 4 of us. Home is nice but set up a bit strange (one room was basically unusable as it had 1 chair and a dresser). The yard was cute. The location was in a quiet, small residential area and was in great walking distance to the adorable Main St in Littleton. It could have been cleaner. The silverware in the drawer needed to all be cleaned and scrubbed as 90% of it was dirty or crusty. The floor heater vent just outside of Master bedroom is covered in dust and hair and there was a leftover sock in the master bedroom from the previous renter. Also, there was a large mattress left on the floor in the game room that we had to shove into a closet so we didn’t walk on it when trying to get onto the couch. Overall, the house could use a deep cleaning (and please have cleaners check thoroughly for leftover socks before next renters check in). Master bed was comfy but pillows were awful. Hot tub was not working (thermostat read 104 but it was not hot) and they did not leave us any extra towels so even if it was working, there were no extra towels to use (they are a bit stingy on the towels overall). Kitchen is well stocked with cooking items like pots and pans and both the grill and the oven worked well (though the top right burner of the stove did not work). Overall it was just ok and for the price, I really thought it would have been nicer.

Family Gathering
This home could not have worked out better for our family get-together. The home was beautiful, and spacious with a great outdoor sitting area on the patio. The host responded quickly to inquiries I made. And the location is great - close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location location location
Perfect spot for our family as we prepped for a wedding in town. Loved walking to downtown Littleton for dinner and ice cream. The house was very clean with enough room for all of us. My 6 and 3 year old grandsons loved the extra playroom above the bunk beds ( but always triple check before leaving as we almost left a Nintendo switch, some toys and books up there). We have stayed at many vrbos and the one thing I missed here were directions in the kitchen about anything like: the stove ( right front burner was tricky to light), grill, hot tub ( would be great to know when the guy comes to clean it so not to be surprised), number bed (the left side next to the wall was not the same # when we woke up compared to when we went to bed), and leaving procedures ( strip the beds or not? start a load of laundry?) Overall, would recommend this house and the location!
