BOARD103 - Location! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths make this beachfront home the perfect family getaway. Large decks on the first and second floor give you spectacular beach and ocean views. Amazing views of the Inlet & boats too! This home offers plenty of parking, beach passes and all the amenities to suit all your wants and needs. Full galley kitchen, dining area and open family room with another living room at the back of the home. All 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor. 1st level has sofa bed in the back living room, laundry. Full bath on each floor. Outdoor shower.
No electric bikes, hoverboards, or scooters with lithium batteries allowed for safety reasons. No electric car recharging. No Smoking.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
