CAR405 - Charming spacious Colonial 5 Bedroom, home with 3 full baths (2BR & full bath 1st flr, 3BR 2 full baths 2nd flr). Private, in-Ground Pool with fenced in yard. Upgraded well-appointed kitchen, large 2nd floor deck with Lake views. Outdoor furniture and seating pool side, on 2nd floor deck & more. Extra refrigerator in second floor laundry room. Large room sizes and great floorplan. Homeowner provides use of 9 beach tags to Elizabeth/Carter Beach which is 3 short blocks away! *Additional cleaning fee required. Home is professionally cleaned & sanitized between guests. 6 beach chairs, umbrella & beach cart available for guest usage.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

THE BEST SHORE HOME TO SPEND VACATION

This house provides everything you would want and need for a wonderful vacation in Point Pleasant. The pool is amazing - the home is decorated so beautifully and the accommodations are all you could ask for. This home is even more beautiful than the photos show - 3 short blocks to a private beach and plenty of parking available.

Great House!

We loved this house. There was plenty of room for our family. It’s close enough to the beach to walk. We spent lots of time in the beautiful pool. And the kitchen is very well stocked!

405 Carter Ave was exceptional

This was our first time visiting this home. It was exceptionally clean, well located and perfect for an extended family visit. The owner carefully labeled everything so we knew what was expected and offered. We visited with our two children, my sister, her husband and their two children and my 84 year old mother. Perfect for mixed ages! The beach is very close and definitely walking distance.

Renovated home with a beautiful pool near the beach

We had stayed in this property some years ago and appreciated the extensive renovations done inside and outside. The pool was magnificent and beautifully finished. While some of the five bedrooms were a bit small, they were well-appointed and well-decorated. The mattresses and pillows could use a refresh and were disappointing. The kitchen was fully renovated and equipped with everything we could possibly use, including lots of dishes, glasses, etc. The property is a 10-minute walk to the private beach, which is a great escape from the crowds on public beaches. All beach furnishings were also provided and were of top quality.
