Water views abound from every corner of the home. You'll be treated to sunrise vistas from the front porch in the mornings and spectacular sunsets from the back of the house in the evenings. Cool off with your favorite happy hour beverages on the breezy covered patio. An incredible family recreation area comes furnished for even more outdoor living, with features including cornhole, horseshoes, and a firepit.

The bright, two-story floor plan is well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The spacious open kitchen provides an excellent centerpiece for group gatherings and is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances for efficiently handling family-style meals. There's even a dedicated beverage fridge for added convenience. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks and conversation on the screened patio or in the living room equipped with a sleek gas fireplace for an added touch of ambiance. The upstairs living area features plush sofa seating and a smart TV for in-home entertainment. A dedicated desk area upstairs offers a quiet place for remote work or study needs.

Dock May be used for sitting standing and fishing. Guest can't use any of the docks for docking a boat, but they can pull up next to the floating dock and tie up. Fits up to a 22ft boat, and can be kept overnight.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
