Beautiful, brand new, resort style, four bedroom home completed in October, 2020 and located right on Rum Road; walking distance from the Island Club ferry drop and convenient to everything! Secluded boat dock right behind the house with water and electric included with rental. One minute golf cart ride to pristine, natural, clear water beaches. Each bedroom suite has its’ own private full bathroom; spacious living area with soaring 10 ft. ceilings; LVP flooring throughout; gourmet kitchen with R/O filtered water system; private, heated pool with brick deck/bar/game area on ground floor.

‱ Private boat dock with tarpon, snook, manatees and other wildlife in back yard

North Captiva already had our hearts, but Triple Tales took this vacation to a whole new level! Sunrises, Sunsets, sand, relaxation, and laughs—this was the perfect place to unplug and make memories we’ll be talking about for years. Pool was nice on cool evenings, house was clean, well stocked, beautiful & comfortable. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

Amazing house in a great location

Perfect for all of us. We come with 2 boats and love a pool. The screened pool was amazing and the access to the dock was nice. Definitely will book again

Amazing Layout

This home is by far our favorite we’ve stayed in. The communication and helpfulness of the owner and property manager, along with the amenities and layout of the house, made it the best home we’ve ever experienced.

Awesome house!

Paula was amazing to work with! The house is close to Mangos and the beach. It is a beautiful house and is stocked with little extras. The pool area is great and has plenty of entertainment. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a get away.

Wonderful property! Great layout for family or friends staying together!

We spent Thanksgiving week here and loved every minute! The house is new and laid out perfectly with each bedroom having its own bath. The bottom floor has a great screened area with a pool, grill, and games. We spent hours every night down there. Being on the canal is fun, and the beach is not far away!

Another Great Stay!

This was our 3rd time staying at Triple Tails and it's still our favorite on North Captiva. Only issue we had was the was low water pressure so the 1st floor had very low flow and the 2nd floor had none. However, we were able to coordinate with Paula (property manager) to get someone on the island to fix the issue. We've already booked for 2026!

Perfect Getaway

Exactly as expected.

Triple Tales is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The home is very thoughtfully supplied for a comfortable stay. The property managers are extremely responsive and helpful. The owner was gracious and supplied very good information for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Everything you need

We have stayed at this property before and loved it and it did not disappoint this time either! We have a boat so love that the house is on the canal with a space to dock our boat. Paula, housekeeper/home manager is wonderful!!! We had a minor issue with some water leaking and they got someone to come out within 15 minutes! Communication with owner, Sheila, and Paula is great! The home is beautiful and we loved the screened in pool area with games! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family of 8

We have 6 children ranging in age from 9-23 and this house worked out nicely for all of us. It was VERY clean and the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom was a huge plus for all of my older kids. Paula and Richie we were wonderful, too. Can’t wait to come back again!

Love the island

This was our second time to North Captiva and we really enjoy the pace. Away from the hustle and bustle and into a secluded island with only golf carts to get around.Triple Tales was excellent. The pool and games room in the lanai was where we spent a lot of time along with eating our meals out on the deck.Communication couldn't have been better and the home was spotless. Nothing to improve upon here.

Relaxing at Triple Tales

We throughly enjoyed our two week stay at Triple Tales. The home was beautiful and meet all of our needs. We were able to view the beautiful sun sets every night and explore the island for sea shells with the two available golf carts. We used the house pool everyday and took advantage of the kayaks at the Island Club a few times. Paula, the housekeeper, did an awesome job of getting our food orders. We would recommend a stay at Triple Tales if visiting North Captiva Island.

This is the place you want to stay!!! House was immaculate, clean, modern, perfectly located and everything was as described. Sheila and Paula were amazing to work with as well. Everything was perfect. Lots of beach gear. Pool was amazing. 2 golf carts. There was absolutely nothing that we would change. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and could not have been happier. We will stay in this house on future visits! I really can’t express how happy you will be if you choose this home. Did I mention the manatees in the canal right behind the house? They even have those too!

Planning to stay again at Triple Tails.

The owners and property manager were quick to respond to me with any question I had. The house was amazing and we all loved the screened in pool. The dock was also very nice. We fished a lot at the beach and on the dock. Everything was awesome. Thank you for everything. If someone is reading this and trying to decide to stay or not, definitely stay. This house was perfect. And North Captiva Island is our families favorite vacation location.

Heated pool and canal

My family had a wonderful time here! House was perfect, communication was excellent, and the island is amazing. We rented a boat from Cape Coral and brought our luggage and groceries. Docking is easy. Pool was warm and we swam every day. Two golf carts made travel around the island a breeze. Kitchen and rooms were all well appointed and beautiful. Coffee on the deck is so peaceful and the beaches are pristine. SO many shells and so much wildlife. Would go back again!

Great week!

We rented this property in late July with friends and family. This was our second time to N Captiva, but first time at Triple Tales. It was wonderful! Sheila thought of everything you need to be comfortable and relax! From the furniture, to the games and kids drawing paper; she didn’t miss anything! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We most enjoyed the pool late in the afternoons and eating outside on the screened porch. Thank you! We will be back!

Best Stay on North Captiva Yet!

This was our 4th trip to the island and was hands down the best house. Location is great. The house backs up on the mangroves so it's more private than most and the dock allowed us to fish right there if we wanted (vs going to the beach). The house has everything we'd want... 2 golf carts, pool that is screened in, great deck for hanging out, TVs in every room, games, etc. Better wifi and TVs than other places we've stayed. Paula (property manager) was incredibly helpful as well. We even booked a sightseeing tour with her husband, Captain Richie (recommend!). Only (minor) issue was the smoke alarms seemed very sensitive (when we opened the oven, they would go off - no smoke). Overall though, best stay yet. Loved it so much we already booked for Spring Break 2023!

Another great stay!

This was our 5th trip to North Captiva and our 2nd time staying at Triple Tails. It was the family (me, wife, 10yo son and 15yo daughter) + my daughter's best friend. As before, Paula (property manager) was extremely helpful. The house is the perfect mix of everything... has a dock so my son could fish (fishing rods were at the house), a pool with a screen, easy walk to the beach, 2 carts, ping pong, etc. The house itself is fantastic. We love that it backs onto the canal and preserve so there isn't anyone behind us - the back screened-in deck is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning after a walk on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and a comfy living room to watch movies at night. We've already booked for Spring Break 2025! Highly recommend!

We loved Triple Tales!

We loved our stay at Triple Tales! This was our second trip to the island. North Captiva feels like a hidden gem, and Triple Tales is a great house on the island. The house is new, clean, and very tastefully decorated. Each bedroom is equally spacious with its own TV and bathroom, which made life very easy as there was no fighting over who got the “good room” :) They were all great! Paula and Sheila were both friendly and responsive, and I appreciate their efforts to make sure we had a good stay. A short but not complete list of things we loved about the house were the dock, the screened-in heated pool, the unobstructed view of the preserve from the upper deck, the two golf carts, the plethora of toys, games, and beach supplies, and the location. We will miss North Captiva and would definitely stay at Triple Tales again.
