Welcome to the West Hills Getaway! Great for families or large groups of people, this property has an open floor plan with 9-foot ceilings, hand scraped Acacia wood floors, a gas fireplace and territorial view. The kitchen has plenty of amenities and features a large island, maple cabinets, granite counters, and black stainless-steel appliances. The primary suite has a tray ceiling, large walk-in closet, double sinks, and a six-foot soaking tub.
Note: Please be aware that this property features a fairly steep driveway and staircase leading up to the main level of the home, which may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility issues or those who have difficulty climbing stairs. We encourage all potential guests to carefully consider their personal needs and abilities before booking.
Once you enter the property, we ask that all shoes be removed to keep the carpeted spaces clean.
You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage and two locked closet areas (used for cleaning supplies).
** Attention **
Please limit the amount of cars you bring to the property. The driveway can fit 2 cars, and there is usually room for a 3rd car to be parked on the side of the street in front of the home, if needed. Please do not park in a manner that blocks the mailboxes at any time. We ask that you do not bring an RV as the street is narrow and we have to be considerate of our neighbors' needs and abilities in navigating in and out of the narrow street. Thank you for understanding!
This is a non-smoking home. If you are going to smoke cigarettes, please do it in the backyard where there is a provided ash tray. Smoking marijuana is prohibited as we are located in a family-oriented neighborhood with children. Recreational marijuana cannot be smoked in public (on or off the property). Neighbors keep a watch out to ensure the area remains a nice neighborhood. Excessive noise, parties and/or smoking marijuana is not allowed and is strictly enforced. House rules apply to each guest and each individual the guests invite into/onto the property. Please keep this in mind when considering to book.
One of the four bedrooms is located on the lower level. Everything else (including both bathrooms) is located on the main/upstairs level.
