Welcome to our spacious two-story, two-unit home located directly across from beautiful Teal Lake. Enjoy stunning lake views from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The home includes both a 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom unit connected by an internal staircase—perfect for large families or groups traveling together. You`ll have the entire property to yourself, with no shared spaces.

The fenced backyard provides safety and privacy, and the sandy swimming beach just 200 feet away is ideal for kids. Relax or grill out in the well-furnished backyard, or head to the garage.

The home is fully stocked with thoughtful extras to make your stay easy and fun, including two kayaks, and a gas BBQ. Each unit includes its own full kitchen, offering flexibility for multiple families or group meal prep.

Located in charming Negaunee, you`re just a 10-minute drive from downtown Marquette, with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor adventures are everywhere: hike or bike at Al Quaal Recreation Area, paddle across Teal Lake, or explore Lake Superior just 15 minutes away. It’s also a great base for day trips to Pictured Rocks (57 miles) and Houghton (88 miles).

We’re happy to host you and your furry friend—dogs are very welcome here, and there’s plenty of room for them to feel at home. We just ask that pups stay off the beds to help us keep everything fresh for all our guests. If you do prefer to have your dog sleep in the bed with you, no problem—just note there’s a $95 fee to cover the extra cleaning and care for our linens. Thanks so much for your understanding
