A remodeled spacious 1 bedroom condo a block from the beach. Centrally located in heart of Cherry Grove. Walking to everything: local shops, ice-cream, grocery store, restaurants and bars.

This condo is on the 1st floor (up one flight) and has views of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy the buildings private pool or spend the day at the beach - its steps from a small public park that provides beach access, restrooms, and showers. The Cherry Grove fishing pier is just up the street. The HOA does not allow motorcycles or trailers of any size on property.

The condo was very spacious for only 1 bedroom. It was very clean and had all the accommodations and close to the beach. We will be returning.

I highly recommend this condo, it was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and Boulineau's grocery. The area felt safe and was quiet at night. The place itself was nicely equipped and felt spacious. We enjoyed breakfast on one balcony and lunch on the other! The host is gracious and the property manager was vey helpful.

Great little spot in Cherry Grove

This place is perfect for 2 people. It is conveniently located near the beach, bars, restaurants and a grocery store all in walkable distance. The value for the money is very good. The kitchen has pots and pans and things needed for cooking if you don’t feel like going out. Bill is very communicative and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property for 1-2 people looking for a spot close to the beach!

Location, Location, Location

Beautiful and functional setup for myself and two kids. Up one flight of stairs, the condo provides shaded parking with additional free parking in the adjacent lot in case friends visit. The unit overlooks the pool and is only a short walk to the beach and grocery store. We found the unit well decorated, quiet, and the A/C cold after a long day in the sun. We are already looking at a stay next year!

Perfect Spot Close to Everything!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities one could want, plus more. The pool was relaxing and you could see the beach from the patio. I would highly recommend this place and will hopefully stay here again. Thanks Bill 😊

Excellent Stay

This property was immaculate with everything you would need. Updated furnishings and decorated beautifully. It felt like home away from home. Bill was a wonderful host and easy to contact. I highly recommend a stay at his property.

Great mini-vacation

Condo was exceptionally clean! Perfect location in the heart of Cherry Grove; 2 minutes to the beach 2 minuets to the breakfast place and grocery store. Did I mention it was clean? Host was excellent to work with and we look forward to returning! Very good value for the price.

Awesome location on quiet side street

Very clean, spacious, comfortably furnished with great little balcony to people watch. It was nice to have an outside hose to wash off sand from chairs, coolers, etc. The public beach access is an easy 2 blocks walk (with public restrooms) as were plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops and grocery store, etc. I didn't use my car the entire weekend. Much less crowded than Myrtle but still plenty to see and do; excellent beach vibes. Bill was easy to reach and quick to respond. Would definitely like to rent again...highly recommend!
