What a beautiful property and location! We loved our stay. The property was also wondeful for our dog, Elise had a dog bed, and some toys for dogs which was such a wonderful little extra surprise.

Great beach, we had a fire on the beach which was awesome. My wife found a yupperlite on the beach as well. Great pet friendly environment. Friendly host.

I love Lake Superior, so the view was wonderful and I love listening to the waves.The weather was really nice one day but windy the other. The house is like a cabin up north. I will go back

Great location, huge wide beach, sandy. Natural fire pit on beach. Rock pickers dream. Cabin well equipped. Friendly host. Nearby Pine Stump bar has good menu with superb pizza and excellent burgers plus more. If you have ATV’s this is the place, endless trails. Can also rent nearby. Kayak down at the beach. Recommended all around for a Lake Superior experience.

Overall great view of Lake Superior! Just not a fan of rusty water and the place needs some serious cleaning. Met the owner and she was very nice but with how much we paid per night I’d hoped for something better kept. We’d stayed in places throughout the U.S in remote locations but this was definitely remote. Overall enjoyed our stay but beware the mosquitoes and flies are killers unless it super cold and windy!

Thank you for staying with us. We deep clean every week and then obviously after each guest. Wash comforters/ mattress pads every stay (unlike hotels), provide top of the line linens and toiletries. The water sucks, that's why we provide 5 gal water cooler, Molton Brown and Aveda products. This is a rustic cottage in the UP.

Very nice cabin was clean and accommodating! It was a little difficult for the snowmobile trailer but was able to be parked just took a few guys watching as backing it into driveway and road being narrow! We loved the fire place the best especially on those cold nights!!

Perfect location for quick trip

This was an amazing location and the perfect cozy home to see the leaves start to turn and spend time walking the beaches. The owner was incredibly helpful accommodating a last-minute trip.

The cottage was great, everything was clean and cozy. We had an Aussie and a Corgi with us. They loved it and were crazy about the beach. It had great parking and a nice deck in front and a bigger one out back. Spectacular view!I would recommend this place and hope to come again.

The view was amazing. We didn’t get to see the northern lights but the sunrises and sunsets made up for it! Elyse was an excellent host.
