Wonderful Stay in Sarasota

Our family had a great stay at the Magnolia House!!! Jen was a pleasure to work with, and the house was very clean, comfortable and well located. We had everything we needed for a perfect home away from home: a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, beach chairs and towels, pickleball paddles and balls, and well functioning appliances and laundry equipment. We would not hesitate to return if our travels bring us back to Sarasota.

Perfect Sarasota Beach House for a perfect family vacation

Everything about Magnolia House in Sarasota was amazing! From booking to checkout, it was all a breeze. The location is great, close to everything worth doing in the area. Minutes from Siesta Key beach, which was made even easier to visit with all the provided necessities from Magnolia house - beach chairs, blanket, tent, toys, boogie boards, cooler, and wagon. Also located just a short drive away from marinas to access the Bay, sand bars, and the Gulf; as well as the Ringling Museum and house. For those who want to venture a bit further, Venice Beach is a very easy and short 30-minute drive. Having a Publix 2 blocks away is also a huge plus. The house itself is everything you would look for and need for an elevated beach vacation experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything needed to enjoy any meals, including pots and pans, coffee makers, air fryer, toaster, blender, and so much more. The living space was well-appointed with abundant, comfortable seating. The dining table inside and out is perfect for family dinners. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and inviting. Access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus when traveling with children. The game table and pool were a hit with the whole family, and the adults in our party appreciated the hot tub in the evening to relax and unwind. We also very much appreciated the well-stocked initial supplies, including trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and bathroom spray. Most important was Jen and her amazing communication and recommendations for anything you could need. The booklet in the house provided great choices for dinners out. Walt's, just down the street, was amazing! We are already planning on when we can come back!!

Magnificent Magnolia House

Magnolia house was exactly what we were looking for. We always look for a place that has the “WOW” factor. From the moment you open the front door, you see why you chose this house. It was beautifully decorated, with artwork on most walls throughout the house. The house was updated, clean and very comfortable. Not to mention it’s in a great location for the area. But that lanai, was where we spent most of our time relaxing, in the pool and soaking in the hot-tub. The communication with the Owner and Host Jen was absolutely amazing. Jen was so helpful in recommending places of interest, things to do, restaurants and so much more. She stayed in contact with us every few days, just to see if there was something more she might be able to help with. This house is exceptional and so is the Owner and Host Jen.

Beautiful House and Location

The house was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The pool was well maintained, the quality and comfortability of the home was impressive. The pictures do not do its justice! I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and the host at this one has been exceptional. Her responsiveness to any questions we had, everything in the home is clearly labeled and her suggestions on where to eat and what to do while in town helped greatly. We can not wait to stay again. Girl’s Trip

This is like your home away from home, you want for nothing because it’s all there. Our trip consisted of 4 of us, myself, 2 adult daughters & 7 yr old granddaughter, we loved the layout for us so we each had our privacy. The beds were wonderful and we slept like babies. We absolutely loved the pool/hot tub and outside patio area!!! We played games, watched movies, used the game table and relaxed. The home is perfectly located to all the places we went so that was great. Our host Jen was amazing from start to finish, checking in to see how things were and if we needed anything. Best Rental Ever

We have rented many vacation rentals in both Florida and Michigan and this is by far the best. The house itself is outstanding and the personal service Jen provides takes it over the top. From the excellent location, extra comfy beds, gorgeous pool and lanai, perfect pool float oh and did I say location? Whether you are a beach or pool person this house is for you. The house is just two blocks from Siesta Drive that takes you to the #1 beach in the world. There we absolutely no surprises when we got to the house. The video shows exactly what the house offers. Home away from home

We had a great time at this home. It has all the best amenities in the kitchen, pool and extras for going to the beach. We loved the location in Sarasota. The weather was just amazing in April as well.

Beautiful Florida Home

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia House. The home is large and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Jen, the host was easy to communicate with and immediately addressed our questions. We had an 8 month baby with us and the high chair, portable crib and baby float made his stay a happy one too! The artwork in the house is gorgeous, if you like interior decor, you will be pleased. The pantry was well stocked and there were tons of extra appliances, such as a waffle maker, air fryer, etc. Her guidebook/binder is amazing. We tried the local marketplace down the street (Morton's). Their meat counter had fresh sea food and great looking steaks! They also have a bakery, deli, pizza counter there too. I found gluten free items in the bakery. Yea! The pool/hot tub was wonderful to hang out in. There are 2 very comfortable floating chairs. The hot tub was great for the evenings. We used the outdoor grill quite a few times too. Oh, I can't forget the gaming table. We all had fun playing Wheel of Fortune on it! You are not going to go wrong with this vrbo. Great house, great location, great host.

Awesome house with great amenities!!

The house is so comfortable and lovely. I just adore all of Jen’s choices in artwork especially. Jen thinks of everything wants her guests to have a great time. Her guide book for the house and area is filled with awesome and unique ideas of places to go, eat, experience. Her instructions make things easy to understand. Location is great for getting everywhere. Jen could run an upscale unique hotel. You will not go wrong. Perfect home, perfect stay

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home, the amenities and the management. We loved the location, close to downtown and easy to get to beaches. Very nice neighborhood. The home itself is so comfortable, well decorated, well maintained and stocked with great amenities. Kitchen has everything anyone would need, beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor living space was such a treat. Pool/hot tub are pristine and outdoor kitchen/grill area was clean and great for having meals in. Everything about this house is well thought out and you can tell Jen is super intuitive about what guests need and want. Jen was also very responsive to any questions and made everything easy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect home away from home

We stayed at the Magnolia House for a family vacation! It was absolutely perfect! The house is decorated beautifully, so clean and organized and had everything we needed to feel comfortable! The pool and hot tub provided great entertainment for our kids, as well as the gaming table! The house is in the perfect location to all the beaches, restaurants and stores. Jen was very easy to communicate with and checked in several times to see if we needed anything! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous

The Magnolia house was perfect. I agree with everything said in all the other reviews. It was an unforgettable stay. Clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. I could go on writing forever about how wonderful it was to stay here. My granddaughters loved the pool/hot tub and were in them morning, noon and night. The game table was also a big hit. The beach supplies and bikes were nice to have. Jen’s helpful binder is so well done. We referred to it often. My granddaughter’s are asking to go back already. I highly recommend this house and if we travel to Sarasota again we will go back. Jen is the best host ever. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Even after a devastating hurricane she was able to have her place ready for us. Wonderful house!! Wonderful host!!

Amazing home

Magnolia House is the perfect place to stay. It’s close to great restaurants and the beach. The house is meticulously maintained and very clean. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a trip to the beach. The pool, hot tub and electronic game table were all a huge hit with the kids. Jen was amazing to work with and very responsive. This was our second stay and highly recommend Magnolia House.

We had a great stay at the Magnolia house! It was very clean, modern and well appointed, including nice touches like coffee, easy labeling, local recommendations and all the kitchen items you need to feel comfortable and at home. Magnolia House - An amazing home, perfect family trip

This was an amazing trip. Magnolia House is immaculate with top notch decor and amenities. Our family of five spent hours outdoors by the pool and on the well kept lanai. We were just happy just chilling and enjoying the amazing home, making great memories. This home is so close to the beaches of Siesta Key, Lido Key and the downtown Sarasota area. On top of that the neighborhood is beyond charming with so many shops within walking distance. It was extremely easy and convenient to do anything we wanted to do in the area. Jen is a thoughtful and responsive host, and provides all the necessary touches, accessibility, and instructions for her guests to have a great time. I would book this home over and over. No detail is missed at Magnolia House! Read Jen's binder as soon as you walk in as it is so full of helpful information and suggestions for dining and activities. Everything in this home is labeled, organized and so well laid out you will feel right at home. The amenities are endless; pool toys, beach gear and toys, kitchen supplies and cooking tools beyond your imagination, beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of dining space, cleaning supplies, TV's everywhere, cutest kids bedroom, fans throughout, excellent HVAC. high speed Wifi, work spaces for those like me who work on vacation. Last but not least, excellent amenity - Infinity Gaming Table. So fun to gather the family for some board games in the evenings. I know the ratings are out of 5 stars but this is a 10 star property. Perfect Beach Home

We had an unforgettable stay at this perfect summer rental home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the bright, airy ambiance and tasteful decor. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area was fantastic for our family gatherings, and we loved the modern kitchen with all the appliances and utensils we could need. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cool, restful haven after long days in the sun. The outdoor spaces were a highlight of our trip. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and we spent many evenings enjoying barbecues and relaxing on the patio. The lush garden and beautifully landscaped surroundings added to the overall charm of the property. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We appreciated the easy access to the beach and enjoyed several days of sun, sand, and surf. The host was exceptional, providing detailed instructions and quick responses to any queries we had. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. In summary, this summer rental home exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable summer escape. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Terrific for families

My wife and our three daughters loved this house. The house has everything you could possibly need - from pool toys to beach gear. Also, everything is labeled at the home and is very organized which we really appreciated. The access to downtown and other dinner spots is great. We look forward to coming back to this property again!

Wonderful vacation home

We stayed at the Magnolia house with our kids and grandsons for a week and had an amazing time. Jen’s home is absolutely gorgeous from the landscaping outside to the beautiful details inside. We loved that the home was stocked with many amenities such as laundry detergent, pool toys, beach gear, and an awesome game table. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the lanai (the ceiling fans, tables and the tv were all wonderful). We spent most of our time outside. Jen was a great host and very easy to communicate with. She always answered questions in a timely manner. We loved her vacation book with ideas of places to visit, places to eat, etc. We also loved the area. We were super close to the beaches and we were able to walk to get breakfast and to stores. We would definitely return and recommend this home.
