Welcome to Casa Azul! This fully renovated 3BR/2BA coastal retreat (2024) offers a bright, open floor plan, chefâs kitchen, and abundant natural light. Relax by the heated pebble pool, fire up the BBQ, or work remotely in the dedicated workspace. All new furniture & appliances, high speed internet. Perfect for families or groups up to 8, Casa Azul is just minutes from Sarasotaâs world-famous beaches, downtown shops and dining. Enjoy comfort, and convenience in one beautifully curated space.
Upon arrival, use your personalized access code on the front door keypad to enter and be greeted by the spaciousness and brightness that fills this home. To the left, you'll find a foyer area equipped with hooks for your belongings, while to the right awaits the designer kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The house is split-level, with the dining room slightly lower than the kitchen. In front of you sits a modern extendable dining table, comfortably seating 6 but with space for 8 if extended. Beyond the dining area lies the living room, furnished with a 65-inch Smart TV offering various streaming services such as Amazon Video and Netflix. The living space accommodates seating for 6 to 8 individuals and provides access to the private fenced backyard and pool and an outdoor gas grill with seating for 8 people. All beds feature premium mattresses and hotel-grade bedding.
The bed configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1: king bed (Sleeps 2), master closet space, 2 nightstands, TV, private bath
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2), closet space, 2 nightstands, TV
Bedroom 3: Full bed and Queen bed (Sleeps 3 adults or 4 kids), closet space, 1 nightstand, TV, desk & chair
All three bedrooms have closets, wardrobes, hangers, and nightstands with bedside lamps.
Our bathrooms are fully stocked and offer brand-name shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, face tissue, and a hairdryer. Full laundry is available in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board. Our supplies include detergent, bleach, fabric softener, stain remover, and dryer sheets.
The fully fenced backyard offers a heated pool, BBQ area with an outdoor table with 8 chairs, and four lounge chairs with small tables around the pool. We have a large private, fenced backyard with a propane grill. The backyard is fully fenced so no need to worry about your dog getting out (please clean up after your pets).
Garbage collection takes place on Friday mornings, with three separate trucks spending about 5 minutes on the street between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, typically.
The Casa Azul offers an urban yet residential location with proximity to all of the best restaurants and beaches but with room to spread out on a fully fenced private lot. The house is professionally cleaned and maintained after every stay.
Guests will have access to the entire property except for the owner's closet which will remain locked.
AS A CONDITION OF RENTING THIS PROPERTY GUEST AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE HOST AND ANY AGENT OF THE HOST FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY TO THE PERSON OF THE GUEST AND TO ANY MEMBER OF HIS/HER PARTY INCLUDING ANY INVITEES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER. USE THE ALARMS ON DOORS LEADING OUT TO POOL AREA!!!
***The pool will automatically be set to 86 degrees between November 1st and May 1st. Guests will not have the option to heat the pool to a higher temperature. Guests staying outside of these date ranges may pay to have the pool heated. The cost to heat the pool is $50 per day.
***Please Note the pool is not screen-enclosed and as a result leaves and debris may find their way into the pool between weekly cleanings. We offer guests a skimmer on site should they choose to remove the leaves between cleanings. The pool is cleaned every Monday morning.
***Please note that the lawn is mowed every Tuesday morning.
***Please note we do not allow access to the garage for parking for stays of less than 30 nights.
