Fully remodeled contemporary brick ranch in a prime location—perfect for large groups! Minutes to Downtown Littleton and 20 minutes to Downtown Denver. Quick access to I-25, C-470, and I-70 makes exploring Colorado a breeze. Close to Swedish, Craig, and Littleton hospitals. The Denver Tech Center is just 10 minutes away, and you're only an hour from the nearest ski slopes or Colorado Springs! The University of Denver is 6.8 miles away. Enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options!

The main floor has 3 bedrooms; one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. Pack and Play crib available as well as a high chair that fits on a chair. Main floor bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/shower combo. Dream kitchen with gas stove and everything needed to cook meals when you want to stay in. Cute breakfast nook and separate dining area for 4. Cozy living room with a television and electric fireplace. The basement has an additional 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and desk and one with a futon. Huge living room with super comfy couch and television. The basement also has a room to stretch or practice yoga. Additional bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. Utility room with full-size washer and dryer. Huge backyard and patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. Parking includes one covered carport, driveway parking and off-street parking.

Nice location in quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to area attractions. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. My grandchildren loved the finished basement for playing. Super clean with everything you need for a stay. Great communication with the owner.

This VRBO was a 10/10. Complete remodel from top to bottom. Super clean. Love the simple, modern decor. The best part was the huge, SUPER comfortable couch in the living area downstairs. The mattresses were comfortable, even the futon (not pictured in any photos) was so comfy to sit on. The host was easy to communicate with, check in and send reminders as needed. We will stay here again! Highly recommend.

The host was extremely quick in answering any questions prior to arrival. The house is pretty and was very clean. The beds were comfy and towels thick and soft. The location is good for access to stores and highways, and the neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t utilize the stove as we were visiting family and ate with them. We would definitely rent again when visiting our family in Denver. It was a direct route to Their homes in highlands Ranch.

Enjoyed the house a lot. Lots of room. The host was very helpful. I enjoyed the comfortable sitting area upstairs with fireplace. Nice neighborhood and view out back. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the fire pit and back yard.

What a lovely place! Lots of interior remodeling, nicely done. A huge backyard that our dog loved after being in a couple hotels. Nice, responsive hosts.

Beds were comfortable and living area spacious. Upstairs bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain, garbage piled up outside, counters and floors were sticky with crumbs throughout. Garbage disposal did not work properly.

Great location

Great location. Check in was delayed due to water damage to a bedroom. Part of our group had to wait until the bedroom was cleaned out, so waited in car. Nice to have pack n play & baby gate. Floors were creaky, which if there wouldn’t have been a baby sleeping, wouldn’t have mattered as much. Was very clean.

Great Vacay

This was our first time to Colorado and it was one of the best trips we have ever had. Not only was Colorado amazing but this house was too. Very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too!

Perfect getaway

Felt like home

We loved our stay! It was clean and well stocked with almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter. Everywhere we needed to go was only about a 30 min or less drive. It was a quiet neighborhood. My kids loved having their own area downstairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Red Rocks Weekend

Great space with plenty of bedrooms, spacious kitchen, great living areas upstairs and down. Nice central location for our plans while visiting the area and an easy drive to Red Rocks. Plenty of dining and grocery options nearby.

Wedding

We stayed in the house for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great. Near to everything. Very walkable neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my daughter’s dog. My only comment is the mattress in the twin bed room and downstairs , I was told we’re not comfortable and creeked. Otherwise awesome rental.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this area of the Denver Metro area, it's quiet and feels like home but it's close to everything, local hot spots like Downtown Littleton, Southglenn with dining and shopping is less than 5 minutes away. Our daughter went to DU and it's only 6 miles away. Easy access to the freeway system to get to the mountains to ski or to Colorado Springs to climb Pikes Peak - centrally located and convenient.

We just remodeled the house from top to bottom and everything is brand new. The kitchen is a dream... all new stainless steel appliances including a 36 inch gas stove, perfect to stay in and cook dinner and have a glass of wine on the back patio! We are also super close to parks and the Highline Canal walking path.
