Relax with friends or the whole family at the peaceful Parkside Cottage. This quiet, welcoming and private 1,000 SF home offers two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Clean, quiet, spacious cottage in rural setting next to Seal Bay park. Well stocked kitchen, large open kitchen and large bedrooms. Very comfortable. Minutes away from downtown Comox.

We had an amazing time staying at the Peaceful Parkside Cottage…everything was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom! The beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet for a good nights sleep! We really enjoyed the Seal Bay Nature Park trails and the breweries in the area! Highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely 3-day stay at the cottage. Excellent and prompt communication with the owners. Easy check-in, clear instructions. The cottage is perfectly set up for 4 people, might feel tight with 6 adults. Everything was very clean (and I am picky), great towels and linens, beds were good. Pantry stocked with a few essentials was nice. Location was amazing for us, near our friends and Seal Bay park for walking to the ocean. 10 mins to town. Very quiet area. Would recommend for sure.

Hi Sharlene, in a business where we depend on reviews from our guests, I'm surprised to get an 8/10 review from you. We strive to make our cottage the very best for our guests and if anything was lacking, we would have appreciated feedback during your stay so we could have remedy any situation. I appreciate the contribution to the all missing items, but I have since discovered the sheets are not usable due to the number of pet stains all over them. Our house rules clearly state no pets on linens or furniture, which you knew before booking. In future, if you do rent another short-term rental, I hope you will think about the hosts and the business they are trying to run. This system relies on guest reviews. We have an excellent rating overall and were disappointed to see your review of our cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean and comfy home! It was close enough to the city to enjoy the amenities but also removed enough to enjoy the peacefulness of nature.
