It's really a boat! This fun houseboat is ready for family adventures! Creatively ‘docked’ on a permanent foundation. Pack up the kiddos, grandpa and grandma or your extended family. Sleeps 8-10 with full kitchen [Big Frig / Dishwasher / Micro / Coffee / Full Size Stove & Oven], 2 baths, laundry and the comforts of home, all in a surprisingly roomy, yet compact footprint. Open living area, lots of windows, and real Captain’s wheel to entertain future sailors. Fore and Aft decks, private hot tub, as well as the surrounding landscape offer plenty of outdoor living space and boat trailer parking. Other outdoor fun includes a gas BBQ grill, tree lights, fire pit and a variety of forest wildlife to explore and entertain.

Located 15 minutes south of Branson and just outside Cricket Creek Marina and Campground. A perfect quiet location, yet easy highway access to Branson attractions and Silver Dollar City. Close to Big Cedar & Golf.

Our neighborhood offers a public swim beach, campground, boat rentals & slip rentals (in season), boat launch ramp year round and full service marina.

Great place to take the family. Easy drive to Branson activities or just relax in the hot tub. The check in was simple and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Loved this stay. Went for a weekend birthday party for my daughter who loves boats and the lake. Is right by Crickett Marina and we rented a boat which was super convenient from this location. House was well stocked, lots of room, and plenty of beds. AC stayed cool and we were all comfortable. Just a fun place for a fun get a way. Hosts left a ballon, brownie mix, and candles and a few gifts for my daughter which was unexpected but very very thoughtful and she enjoyed it. We had older teens as well and they all enjoyed the stay.

So much fun!

We loved our stay! It was me, my husband, and our 2 boys (a 4 year old and a 9 month old). Our 4 year old loved being the captain and exploring the boat! It was such a fun getaway! Thank you so much for the experience. We will be back for sure.

The boathouse

The boathouse was very clean and well stocked, our grandkids loved it ! Enjoyed the hot tub and the very nice patio , we also enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. We enjoyed taking our grandkids to silver dollar city which wasn’t but a short drive and the best part was them getting to stay in the boathouse , new experience for all of us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Young children would like this place

Overall the people we dealt with were great. The property was smaller than we realized, as we had two teens and a tween. They enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space more than the adults. The washer and dryer are very small stacking units. The washer had visible mold in it when we arrived. We cleaned it with vinegar, but used it only once. This space would be fun for little kids.

Best of memories

The VRBO add doesn't do the place justice. Much more than we expected nicer bigger. It was a great weekend our grandkids and kids loved it and of course we did to . Definitely plan on returning again soon

Great Memories

Will definitely stay here again. Very clean decorated very cute easy check in process and great communication. This was a birthday trip for my 13 year old son and he absolutely loved it. It’s the little touches that make things so special when we walked in there was a birthday note and a book wrapped for him for his birthday. Great hosts.

Short stay in Branson area

We stayed three nights in this great location. It's a private location that is part of the cutest area that contains a few other unique rentals. It's just adorable and very well maintained. I highly recommend these hosts.The "boat" was clean and cool when we arrived. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The amenities as described. I believe we used everything and it all worked flawlessly. My granddaughter loved playing captain and watching the wildlife. I loved spending each morning with my coffee listening to the birds and breathing the sweet air. Seriously, the air smelled so sweet. It's close to Branson, but far enough away to feel secluded and escape the traffic and crush of humanity. I hope to be back again.

Fun getaway

House boat was very clean and had everything we needed. With two adults and four teenagers we had plenty of room. The kids loved the hot tub and loved watching the deer right outside the door. We had a bad storm the night of check in and lost power but fortunately the “boat” had lights that worked without electricity so we weren’t on the dark. Hosts communicated through the whole process and went over and beyond to make sure we were ok even though it was out of their control. We love the location! Cricket Creek Marina is the best. It’s a nice quiet oasis but still has everything you need. We will plan to return!

Dancin In Branson

My husband and I secured this wonderful "Yachta Fun" location for our nephew's family during a dance competition in Branson that his daughter was participating in. We, my husband, our grandson and myself, had our RV at the Cricket Creek COE campground that is next to this property. This location had plenty of room for their family and for us to have family time together. The outside temps were HOT, but the bungalow was nice and cool. We used all of the amenities it had to offer. Even the hot tub and the outdoor patio, including the gas grill and the fire table (for smore's)! We also used the washer and dryer. Everything works perfectly! The location is wonderful, about 20 minutes into Branson. The Cricket Creek Marina is 5 minutes away and we rented a boat one day and had a great time on the lake. When we were considering renting one of the Ozark Bungalows for our family I spoke with Lorrie Taylor and she was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely rent at this location again to have family near when we are camping at Cricket Creek.
