Home away from home! Entire townhome- large backyard. Close to many colleges.
This modern townhome, built in 2013, is the perfect space for a couple or a small family with children. You will always feel at home! We prefer long-term guests, but also offer a 7-night minimum for your traveling convenience. This home is conveniently located just outside the city, in a family-oriented neighborhood, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. NOT intended for large groups or parties. Please enjoy this private, bright, spacious home and all the great things this area has to offer!
PETS: Dogs are considered per the hosts discretion and an additional $200 pet fee. $100 will be refunded at the end of your stay (after home inspection), if the home is left as if a dog was not there (excessive hair), and the yard is free of feces. The other half ($100) will be used for additional cleaning.

Perfect
The house was exactly what we were hoping for and even better. The inside was immaculate and very quiet along with having anything you might need. Since we had brought our dogs with us the large fenced yard was a blessing. The location is very convenient as long as you understand the area. I would most definitely recommend this property to everyone and we hope to rent it on our next trip to the area.

The entire stay from checking in to checking out was a great experience.
The owner was quick to respond when I was communicating with her.
The townhouse was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items like spice, utensils and coffee.

Townhome near RPI
Clean, comfortable two bedroom townhouse, in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute drive to RPI. We enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Having the washer and dryer available was great. The half-bath in family gathering area was nice, in addition to the two full bathrooms upstairs. We did have to purchase additional paper products, but other than that, everything else was well supplied. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed at this property for two weeks at the end of April and everything went smoothly.
On arrival the house had all essentials we needed, the house was clean and the neighborhood is definitely quiet.
The only issue we encountered were a couple of lightbulbs out and a quick text to the owner solved that problem the next day with a delivery of replacements.
Our pet was with us for half our stay, and the yard was perfect for her to run and play. The fence was secure and she had lots of room to burn off some energy.
In our time there we were able to do laundry, cook, relax, and navigate our way around the area, all with ease.
Communication with the owner was easy with quick response. We needed to extend our original booking and that was easily taken care of.
When we arrived there were even fresh flowers on the table.
In short this was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Troy, NY

Thank you very much for the great hospitality. The house was large, very clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is very nice, at the end of a cul-de-sac. I would highly recommend your house to anyone who may travel to the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area. I stayed there alone, but the house could certainly accommodate several more people as there are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a small bathroom, a large kitchen, a large living room, a garage and a basement with a washer and dryer. The air conditioning also works very well throughout the house. The check in process was very easy with a door code and communication was also very easy and prompt. Thank you again.
