Papakea D309 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as an ocean view, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Located on the third floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The open-concept living room features Hawaiian-theme furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A window A/C and ceiling fan are equipped in the living room to help stay cool.
Retreat to the serene bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The updated bathroom boasts a large vanity space and a walk in shower. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience. Unwind on the private lanai with views of the Pacific Ocean as the back drop. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view with a dining table for 2. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional counter seating for 2.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins March 4th, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around April 1st, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.
