Papakea G201 is a magnificent 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Step into this open-concept space, beautifully adorned with modern Hawaiian-inspired furnishings that infuse the spirit of the islands into every corner. The living area features a comfortable Queen sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for your guests while maintaining a relaxing and airy ambiance. For your comfort, a window air conditioning unit is located in the living room, and ceiling fans are thoughtfully distributed throughout. The kitchen boasts updated stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet feast or a simple island-inspired dish, this kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs. The bathroom boasts an extra-large walk-in shower, ensuring a luxurious and spacious bathing experience. Step into the tranquil bedroom where you'll find a sumptuous King-size bed for a restful night's sleep. For your added convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the unit, allowing you to pack light and keep your beachwear fresh during your stay.

One of the most captivating features of Papakea G201 is the private lanai, where you'll be treated to breathtaking ocean views, with the silhouette of Molokai Island gracing the distant horizon. Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Great resort and condo

We would highly recommend this resort and condo. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and watching the whales and sunsets from the properties edge. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

We loved it!

Great location with an easy walk to restaurants and a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. It was clean we when arrived and we could easily cook in the kitchen because we had everything we needed (cookware, utensils and glassware). The location on the corner of the building gave us such a nice breeze that we didn't even need the AC.

We had a fun time at the condo and it had all the necessities to make the stay complete. The staff was helpful and kept the grounds beautiful. We were usually gone during the days visiting beaches and shopping/dining. But the evenings were relaxing with torches lighting the way to the pool and spa. Very comfortable place to stay. Aloha !!

My Wife and I had an excellent vacation, the condo was very nice. I would give it an excellent rating except for the coy pond fountain that ran day and night outside our lanai. But I would stay in this condo again. We had a great time.

Great location and price

The location of the unit is great! Close to parking, pools, groceries and restaurants. The unit is clean and has all the kitchen utensils and appliances that you need. Decor is a bit dated and dark. And didn’t like the carpet in the living room, however, for the price we paid, it’s okay. I recommend this place and will stay here again. Thank you!

Another great time at Papakea

This is our 3rd time staying at Papakea and it still meets all of our expectations. The location is perfect for enjoying the West side of Maui. Our unit was is great shape and setup well for the 10 days we were in Maui. Even though there was a minor hiccup when we arrived, Misty at Maui Dreams Come True made sure we were well informed and she took care of us for the trip. We will return to Papakea again on our next Maui trip and look forward to working with Misty as well. Mahalo!

Terrific Maui condo in well run community

Our stay at Papakea G-201 couldn’t have been better. The condo is clean and very comfortable with updated kitchen and bath and a very comfortable bed! Kitchen has new appliances, bathroom has a big shower with amazing water pressure and the lanai has a partial view of the ocean but is also right above a great Koi pond and foundation making for a tranquil view. Laundry in unit was great to have a s it’s walking distance to great coffee, amazing food trucks (no need for fancy dining this is awesome food. The property the condo is located on has a pool and hot tub and access to a small beach. Parking is provided as well. The management company and rental process were very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect place to stay

This is our 9th trip to Maui, and Papakea Resort is our go to place to stay because of its perfect central location, beautiful, well kept grounds, and homelike accommodations in each unit. From the bedroom to the bathroom to the kitchen to the living room and the lanai, we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Maui. The bathroom shower was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make many of our meals in the condo. We made good use of the bbq grills by the pool as well. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the koi pond, and were able to watch the gorgeous sun setting over the water each evening. The Times market and a few eateries were conveniently located across the street that we could Just walk to. This is the perfect place to stay for couples and families! We will definitely be back again!

Centrally located

The rental is centrally located for ease of access to points of interest north and south. The condo was clean but somewhat dated. Walkable to some restaurants and a grocery. The biggest annoyance was the resort fee that has to be paid separately. Although listed in the detailed description, it is not noted in the fee details. So although I looked at the fee details it was not an ‘all in’ amount. VRBO should be more transparent.

Exceeded Expectations

My Family and I visit Hawaii annually. Our stay at Papakea was easily the nicest of any rental property on any of the various islands from our previous vacations throughout the years. The beauty of the property is striking. From the balcony you overlook a small putting green in the common area. Directly below the balcony a fountain drowns out the the noise of neighbors and children playing. And just beyond the greens a beautiful view of the Pacific and Molokai. The kitchen is large and up to date and has the essentials needed to fix a meal. The fridge has an ice maker, there’s a blender, WASHER/DRYER and everything is clean and in useful condition. There is a food truck meet up walking distance from the property with food decent enough to visit more than once. The beach near the property is small, rocky, and shared with the other resorts nearby. This was the only negative if we are being nit picky. I feel this property is best suited for families with grade school aged children. The pool, putting greens, and shuffle board area were teeming with young friendly families. Not much else needs to be said. Maui is wonderful, this stay made it so much more enjoyable.

Great location

Property was beautiful, well maintained and family friendly. Our unit was cozy and comfortable... however a few details should have been considered. First, there were several nails sticking up between carpet and tile on the threshold that could have posed a problem, but my handy husband always has tools at the ready and was able to nail them back down. The toilet was loose on the floor and wobbled. Also, we were left with 2 partially used toilet paper rolls, and not even a full roll for our family. No dishwashing soap and they ask you to start the dishwasher before you leave. No towels to use for pool area. There was no starter laundry detergent and we had to buy our own and we left it for the next guests. We tried several times to contact the host and the front desk only said she is very strict about getting into unit early. We were only asking to put our cold groceries away 30 minutes early from check in. There was no communication between us and host, we left text and messages on all the different numbers they give you. Other places we are staying had a little welcoming gift.. like coffee, nuts, etc and we’re well stocked in things you would hope to have in a rental property. Small details mean a lot when traveling so far!

We would have greatly like a phone call to the sole number we provide during your stay of your Maintenance items and supplies depletions mentioned. Our Confirmation documents and also Condo Booklet give this specific number to reach our office direct. I would have liked the opportunity to promptly arrange Maintenance and get you any missing or depleted supplies that are to be setup in your condo for arrival. We have only 1 contact number for our In-house guests to reach and we do not accept Text messages or emails for such important items only Phone calls. GREAT STAY!

This was a great place to stay for a family! Resort is lovely and friendly. Close sand beach and snorkel site. Beautiful view of the ocean and Moloki from the condo! Unit was clean with many updates. Spacious and well stocked. It was fabulous to be able to walk to local dining, grocery, gift shops, farmers market and rental shop for surf and snorkel gear. After exploring the island, we all agree that Kaanapoli is our favorite area of Maui to stay! Would Definitely stay at the Papakea and this unit again!
