Cette unitĂ© de coin luxueuse et absolue face Ă  l'ocĂ©an est parfaite pour vos occasions romantiques spĂ©ciales; cependant, il dormira quatre personnes.Ce n'est pas une unitĂ© de studio, La plupart des condos Ă  Kona Magic Sands sont de 400 pieds carrĂ©s, Cette grande unitĂ© ouverte au coin du 3e Ă©tage est de 660 pieds carrĂ©s. Les vues sur la vie privĂ©e, la sĂ©curitĂ© et le coucher du soleil sont Ă  vous pour vos vacances sur la grande Ăźle d'HawaĂŻ. L'unitĂ© a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e orientĂ©e vers la vue, un salon, avec des portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur l'ocĂ©an - oĂč les baleines, les dauphins, les tortues vertes et une myriade de poissons colorĂ©s peuvent ĂȘtre vus presque tous les jours. Le bain a une baignoire et une douche. Les miroirs du sol au plafond invitent l'extĂ©rieur Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, crĂ©ant un environnement intĂ©rieur spectaculaire.
La cuisine a été entiÚrement refaite avec des armoires neuves et modernes. Doté d'un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, le four est un four à convection / micro-ondes, la cuisiniÚre a 2 brûleurs et un nouveau lave-vaisselle.

Les parties communes des condos Kona Magic Sands sont bien entretenues et propres; Barbecue (propane), terrain, stationnement individuel, buanderie avec 2 laveuses et 2 sécheuses. Les machines prennent des quarts, 4 quatres par charge.

Le centre commercial Keauhou est Ă  5 km au sud sur Alli Drive. Il y a une Ă©picerie Kita, une pizzeria, une pharmacie Longs, etc.

Formidable séjour

Le condo est spacieux, trÚs propre et contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable à Kona. Surtout il se trouve juste à cÎté de la plage Magic Sands merveille pour la baignade dans de grosses vagues. Si vous allez à Kona louez cet appartement. . Vous ne le regretterez pas!

A bit disappointed

This apartment has a very nice view on the ocean and very cool to be so close to White sand beach. However, The air conditioning was not working when we arrived. We tried to communicate with the owner and he never answered. We never had any e-mail from him to help nor to apologize. It was so hot for our first night. Someone from the local contact finally called us back on the next day. She said it was repaired but it was not when we came back in the condo at the end of our second day and still so hot. We had to call her again. She was nice and came back to finally fix it. The condo is not for 5 since there is not any fitted sheet nor any cover sheet for the extra mattress so thin even for a kid. Air dryer was not working.

The host was great. The beautiful crashing waves were amazing.the view was spectacular!! The only inconvenience was there were only shades on half the windows & on one lg slider, we watched the shade separate from the roll & fall to the floor.(looked like the glue gave out). Bc of that, even with A/C, it got way too warm & uncomfortable in the condo. Overall, the view made up for it!! Thank you so much. We had a great vacation!

We loved the property & it’s waterfront view! The proximity to Magic Sands beach and Magics Beach Grill next door was convenient as well! It was in a family friendly area where my In-Laws stayed nearby. This VRBO made our Kona, HI stay feel Great!

Location next to Magic Sands beach was a plus. The room was clean and the floor to ceiling windows made it feel like we were outside. Beautiful sunsets from the condo. There is no elevator, but we were ok walking up the stairs. There is also no oven, but we went out to eat in the evenings, so we were ok with that. Air conditioning worked well. There is no separation between the bed and the living area. We enjoyed our stay, falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing in at night.

Beautiful location with crashing waves and fish viewing from the room (yup, could see the fish in the waves). Windows and sliding glass doors on alll the view sides. Nice breeze (never even used the a/c, didn't need it) Condo in great condition. Everything we needed. Good location to get to places moderately easily. Thanks. We'll be back if we make it to the big island again

Amazing ocean views and next to beach

We loved the unit and the great views of the ocean. This larger unit was helpful for our family of four. Our boys loved Magic Sands beach right next door. They boogie boarded to their hearts content. The condo was well-stocked, including beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. It was the best stocked of the three condos that we stayed at for this trip.

Our stay was amazing. We had the best view of the ocean from two sides of the condo. Beautiful views to wake up to every morning! When it wasn’t cloudy the moon could be seen from the bed we slept in! The Magic Sands beach was so close we loved that as well. Anything we needed for the beach was also provided.

Great Ocean View

When booking this unit I wondered a little bit about the lack of a balcony. As it turns out, this corner unit with floor to ceiling glass and large sliding double doors on two sides create a wonderfully open space with great views and soothing breezes. It was almost like staying right on a balcony. The active surf below provides all the ocean din anyone could want. We found the unit clean, well appointed, and well stocked - at least for our needs. If our journeys ever bring us back to the Big Island I would definitely book this unit again.

Awesome Stay on the Ocean

The property is super. If you like beautiful sunsets, oceanfront location, good amenities, fish and turtles swimming by, whales on the horizon, a comfy bed, attentive property managers then you’ll love this property. 5 stars all the way! We can’t wait to return.

Right on the Ocean

We had a nice stay at the Magic Sands. The property is right on the water. You could hear the crashing waves the entire time. Ted was very communicative and helpful, as was the property manager. At check in, the place had not been cleaned but the property manager sent someone over as soon as possible that night to get clean linens in. The following day another person came to properly clean. Once all this was settled we really enjoyed the location right on Ali'i Dr. It was nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards to use during our stay. We would stay again.

40th Anniversary

This was the first half of a two week getaway with my wife. This was our first vacation rental and it was nearly perfect. Some things that weren’t perfect but I don’t feel it should affect the 5 star is that there is construction on the property and the pool wasn’t available for the first couple days due to a high tide that flooded the pool (tells you how close we were). That said, the condo was clean, well furnished and the desire to be close to the ocean was achieved! Wonderful place to just enjoy the waves from a comfortable chair. I would strongly recommend this condo. It was easy to check in and check out!! Look forward to returning perhaps later this year.

I love the ocean, I haD a water front home in Nanaimo and a condo on the beach .I am from west coast marine climate, I love the fact that Kona only gets 8 to 10 inches of rain annually. If I get home sick we can always go to the hills behind Hilo.I also like the average temperatures 81 to 87 unlike the desert extremes 67 January to 107 July. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The unit 314 has been tastefully updated with antique furniture. It's 3 miles South of the main Kona strip which I regard as a good thing. But it is still on Alii Drive for nice morning or evening peaceful walks. Yet you are only minutes away from town.It has a great location right next to the ocean. You couldn't be closer without being in it. The view on this total glass corner unit really makes it and allows for fabulous sunset views. This unit has a large WOW factor.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The size of the condo. Most of the condos at Kona Magic Sands are 400 sq ft ours is 660 sq ft. The Lani's is enclosed, so you can sit at your table with the glass doors open and see and hear the waves. You also wake up in the morning and sit up in bed and see the ocean. It's amazing.Dophins and Whales are often seen right out in the ocean from your unit.
It's right on Magic Sands Beach, which is a great beach. There aren't a ton of swimming beaches right in Kona and this one is one of the best. Some of the best boogie boarding and snorkeling on the Island. 314 is on the 3rd floor with extra great views and no street noise. It is air conditioned ,has a spa tub and numbered parking. Separate Wifi with network cable ports,road runner Time Warner Cable
