Checking in was really easy and the condo was clean and had everything I needed. I loved being able sit out on the deck and enjoy the view of the ocean. It is also in a great location and could walk to shops and dining. Host was responsive to any questions I had. I was only there 2 days, and never had a chance to check out the pool area. I would definitely stay here again.

Read the fine print- washer and dryer are in a coin laundry on the property (in amenities lists W/D but in write up states not in unit). Mini fridge and coffee pot, no kitchen. Great location! Reasonably priced. Walk to everything in Kona. Parking on site. Met our needs well, but not fancy. We mainly needed beds as we were gone all day.

This is a very basic room. Not luxurious at all. I had to lug my suitcase up to the third floor! When I walked in, the room was very hot! The A/C cycles on and off and is pretty loud. The street noise is quite loud. The 2 chairs in the unit need to be replaced with something comfortable. The desk did not explain how to open the door. There were 3 different locks on the door and it took me a while to figure it out. Parking was a challenge ! It is a good location for walking around. Lots of restaurants. Everything was there that I needed:fridge, toaster, hairdryer, etc.

I am not sure why it’s called a studio? It is just a normal hotel room with a great view of the ocean. Great location. The unit is definitely tired and could use updating.

Check in staff were great. Right in the heart of downtown Kona and a fantastic view from my patio. Parking is limited so I reduced a star. I recommend this stay.

Hot tub was not working and we were not informed in advance. It seemed like the hot tub had been down for a while from the signs posted so there was plenty of time to update the listing or give us notice. Listing still says there is a hot tub despite the fact that the hot tub is still out of service. Towels were insufficient for the length of stay and guests. Coffee pot with no filters.

Centralized location along Ali'i Drive in Kona with great air conditioning! A must for those hot, muggy days. Host met us in-person as our original room had something broken so she switched us to another room.

Positive: enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean, property, proximity to shops, walkability, pool and hot tub, beds pretty comfortable. Room ok for a place to crash after a day of enjoying Hawaii vibes. Criticism: initial communication fine, happy to secure our booking but communication after that was very poor. Attempted to add a night, was willing to change rooms due to availability issues but she just never followed up after multiple attempts so I had to go to another host down the road. Lost my business for that extra night. Then, I attempted to find out what the kitchenette included in advance, but after 2 days of no answer she finally wrote that she has an electric kettle after we had already checked in. We didn't bring ours, hoped she had it. She does not have an electric kettle. She boasts "kitchenette" and pots and pans but this is also not true. There's nothing to cook on, no pots and pans, just a microwave, dishes, a mini fridge and a coffee pot, housed in the bathroom closet. The limited bathroom counter space doubles as the kitchenette space, awkward and irritating. There's plenty of space for a simple microwave cart with an extendable counter. The main rub: for a three night stay and two people I only got one pool towel and one bath towel each with no response to my request for additional towels. The host is cheap about linens, has FALSE ADVERTISING and will IGNORE YOU once she has your money. Next time, find a better host here!!!

Awesome view and location

The studio was clean and comfortable, the host was very responsive to our questions and requests and the location was fantastic with a great view if tge ocean. We woukd definitely stay here again.
