The space
The private outdoor patio and gazebo allows you to prepare a succulent feast or a lovely cocktail brunch. With the gas BBQ grill, cooking griddle, lighting and sound system you can create any magical mood.

We promise that this home will provide the most immaculate and comforting setting for you, your family and friends.

Sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people with a TV in each room:

First Floor
- 1st bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bath (easy accessibility with minimal stairs)

Second Floor
- Master bedroom/2nd with a king bed, a private master bath and a walk in closet
- 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom
- 4th bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom

Lower Level - Ideal for a family with children
- 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds
- Lounging room with a sectional pull out that can be converted to either a queen bed or two twin beds.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to all rooms, outdoor space with cooking amenities and a gated driveway that can park up to 3 cars.

Great house and Safe location

We attended an event in downtown Chicago. We had a group of people and it was so easy to find. Great to make food and chat after the events! It was nice to all be together! Nice to have long driveway that fit two/three cars.

The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for my family of 10 to comfortably sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property.

Fantastic!

The house was great, very spacious and clean. We were able to accommodate a group of 14 people with very little shuffling around, and it was very easy to find private space space needed. Vince was a fantastic host and communicated promptly when needed.

Our Son's NU Graduation

We had a fantastic stay with friends and family and more visiting to celebrate our Son receiving his Masters Degree at Northwestern University. Vince was a very welcoming and accommodating host for our stay. We found the house to be perfect for our needs with a lot of common area inside and out. The neighborhood was great also, we found a market, Cermak that was minutes away and served us well. We did a lot of cooking and grilling in our 5 day stay. I highly recommend this location!

Nice stay at this charming home

Stayed for four nights with family members. Found the property to be very clean, spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Host was very attentive when contacted about thermostat. Would stay here again and recommend for groups and large families.

Although some of the listing details of the property were inaccurate, the host was clear to describe in a direct 1:1 discussion. Host was helpful in clearing the details up and offered a screen to separate beds in an open room for increased privacy.
