Once upon a time there was a home situated on the LR Perryville Hwy far far away from the hustle & bustle of big city living. 84 years later it's now a hidden gem minutes from all the amenities Little Rock has to offer: River/Bike trails, Pinnacle, Midtown/Heights, Chenal & Downtown but still with all the charm of dust & wildlife that country living brings. You'll find it loaded with flair & jaw dropping features (& an outdoor hot tub), making it "the spot" for family & friend gatherings!! Welcome to Deer Hill our old family home, where you'll want to come back time and again!

So many things to tell you!

★ Bikers there is a Teal Triangle G-Bike Rack mounted in the mudroom holding up to 5 bikes. We understand some bikes are a mortgage these days! And please let me know if you'd like complimentary BSCG certified sport drink powders to mix in your water.

★ Golfers, Teal Triangle G-Bike Rack benefits you too. There are 4 golf hooks to secure your bags because only 6 miles away you'll find the 24/7 NorthShore Golf Range right across the river! Offering Pod Golf, Golf Lessons, Fittings and of course Golf Range all while sipping on a cold beer.

★ Soakers & anti-agers alike, there is a Jason MicroSilk® tub in the primary bathroom. It was developed with your skin in mind, tiny MicroSilk® microbubbles reach gently into pores, increasing the skin’s metabolism while promoting skin cell growth and the reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, and scar formation. The even, consistent warmth in a MicroSilk® bath creates improved circulation and skin metabolism to diminish the redness and appearance of bruises and age spots. And if that weren't enough vegan skin care samples in each bathroom.

★ Juicers, you'll find an Omega Cold Press Masticating Juicer in our former liquor cabinet below the bar top in the kitchen. I know, I know the irony.

★ Hydrate, hydrate and hydrate. Deer Hill proudly serves Mountain Valley Spring Water. Dispensed out of a glass water bottle via the MTSW Hot/Cold dispenser in the mudroom. MVSW is an Hot Springs staple since 1871.

★ Raise your hand if you love a good massage! There is a massage table in the upstairs Treehouse Bedroom. If you would like to schedule an in-house visit, there are a couple of therapists (one general & one specializing in mobility, both are fabulous) that work with Deer Hill for visits depending on their availability. Guests are responsible for contacting and setting up times. Contacts provided in guide book or upon request.

★ Yogis in the room? I have a yoga instructor that welcomes pool deck private classes. Same as the massage therapists, guests are responsible for contacting and setting up times, but what a wonderful responsibility!

★ Chefs? Let me know and I can round up a in home class for you as well!

★ Arbonne Vegan Protein Powder provided in Bread container on kitchen countertop.

★ Games galore!! If you have a favorite one let me know & I'll try to make sure it's there. Currently we have: Baggo, Who Do You Meme, Passcode, Chess, Checkers, Dominos, Cards for Nertz, Uno, Colored Pencils with Adult Coloring Books, Life, Pick Up Sticks, and more.

★ All of Deer Hill's televisions are updated to Smart TVs and accompanied with a Sling TV package. Just be sure to log off your personal streaming accounts when you leave!

★ During Summer months Sunbum® sunscreen & OFF!® mosquito repellent* provided, & please make sure to leave for the next guest. And although we have Spartan Mosquito Eradicators, our yard sprayed (inside the house as well) ..it is what it is....an Arkansas climate. Please bring your own protection to ensure you are properly covered to your liking.

★ Last but not least safety first! For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external Nest Security camera located on the garage capturing the entrance and driveway, along with a Nest doorbell at mudroom entrance where keypad door lock is. There is also a 'Safety Basket' on the bar top upon arrival. Please familiarize yourself with it and also please note that there is a boiling hot water faucet beside the kitchen faucet. Please don't mistake it for a soap dispenser.

★ But most of all... Relax, play, dine & entertain! It's that simple! ★

Guest access:
The entire house minus the garage! The porch, the yard, the flagstone patio and the amazing views looking down into a small wooded valley off the back deck! Sip your coffee in one of the basket swings overlooking the pool and listen to the birds sing.

Soak in some sun on the pool deck and take a dip in the water. Pool is shaded by 3:30 pm, so don't sleep in too late if you're a worshiping sun goddess or god! You might catch a glimpse of the herd of deer that roam the valley or hear the hawks screech over head in the afternoon, watch the chipmunks and rabbits dart around the yard. Sit on the front porch swing and you'll experience the hum of the urban ocean with roll of the fountain noise as well.

There's a little something for everyone.

Other things to note

★ An air mattress can be supplied upon request. The Pack & Play & High Chair are located under the stairs as well as some outdoor games.

★ We provide all sheets/linens, towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee, dairy & nut/or oat creamer, cane sugar, hand soap, salon quality shampoo & conditioner and of course WIFI.

★ There are some spices/salt/pepper and grapeseed oil, the yummiest organic maple syrup & honey kept in the kitchen. Plus you’ll be pleasantly surprised with what’s stocked in the pantry. All kinds of cooking utensils, crock pot, pots and pans, & an old fashioned ice cream maker. There is an ironing board/iron/drying rack and front load washer and dryer.

★ You will have to wash your towels (if desired) if you have an extended stay or I can arrange cleaners to come for an extra fee. There is a curling iron in the upstairs & downstairs bathrooms and hair dryers in all. Q-tips and cotton balls in each bathroom. We also have a complimentary robe and slippers per bedroom for your use during your stay. Please do not take robes/slippers home. You will be charged $90 per set if you take these items. (I've heard they have a tendency to disappear)

★ What's the old saying? Cleanliness is next to godliness? We sanitize and thoroughly clean between each guests, even keeping bed bug mattress covers on each mattress and pillow cases. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows in downstairs primary bedroom wardrobe just in case.

★ At night, bugs love to hang around the outdoor lights. We have the home treated for pests quarterly. You know that pest control is working if you find dead or "slow" bugs. We do find an occasional deceased pest in a window sill or corner of a room.

★ Grocery delivery can be set up with Kroger or contact me and if time allows I can shop for you for a small fee.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
