This unit has the perfect ambiance to relax after a long day. Fully furnished and well stocked. Pet friendly with a dog park and hiking trail. Complex also has business office, gameroom, gym and a pool with grills. All located in the affluent town of Huntersville. Enjoy this quiet community in close proximity to fine dining, restaurants, shops, boutiques, parks and water activities at Lake Norman. All locations are in driving distance as there aren't many sidewalks. Property also situated close to the hustle and bustle of Charlotte.

This is a 2nd floor unit that is not wheelchair accessible and no elevator.

This property is centrally located with easy access to all you need in and around Huntersville. The host was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The apartment was just like it showed in the pictures! Very clean, many amenities that you might need, bed was comfortable, good location, restaurants close by! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the setup of the apartment, it felt very cozy and I felt right at home. The complex was very quiet and relaxing, which is what I was looking for on this trip. The host was very welcoming with a thank you note and bottle of wine waiting for me on arrival. Would definitely book this location again!

had a great stay at this property--a few minor issues but were easily worked out. Enjoyed the complex and the balcony! It is a third floor walkup so be aware in case of mobility issues.

Great Huntersville Getaway

This was the perfect place for my fiancé and I as we visited the Lake Norman area for the first time. The apartment was decorated very well and makes you feel right at home with all the little thoughtful touches. Sabrina was extremely easy to communicate with and was very responsive! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon :)

Beautifully decorated home in convenient location

Sabrina was an exceptional host. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her home is beautifully decorated and very spacious for a one bedroom. The home is in a gated community and convenient to Birkdale, as well as many other restaurants and shops. The rate is very reasonable and includes many added touches, making the stay perfect.

Beautiful and Tranquil

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well appointed and every detail thought of. The welcome snack basket was appreciated as were the thoughtful toiletry items, and robe and slippers in the walk-in closet. I enjoyed the quiet comfort the ambiance and furniture provided. The unit is also in a fantastic location, close to the freeway, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.

Clean and Comfortable

This very clean, newly renovated little one-bedroom was a much-needed relief from the unkept, rundown hotels in the area. I was in town for a three-week stay, I moved around from three different hotels until I came across this place. I was very impressed and very glad I stayed here. It has everything you need and is set up way nicer than any hotel you will find. The host was also amazing, she was very accommodating and super friendly. I would recommend anyone traveling alone or with one other person to stay here for sure. I know I will definately stay here again if it's available.

Great Short-Term Rental

Sabrina was very helpful and communicative during my short-term rental at her “Hotel Inspired 1B1b” condo! The condo is well decorated, stocked with your basic essentials, and the bed is very comfortable! Great morning sun, a large balcony, and plenty of space for a short-term stay. Despite a few bumps in the road, Sabrina was quick, responsive, and helpful to find solutions. Valet trash was a perk, too. Parking right out front of the building. Gated community. Close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Great for travel nurses/therapists. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Sabrina!
