NJ111 - This magnificent luxury home has everything for your large family. Custom kitchen and baths give a personal touch to this vacation home. The in-ground pool and amazing patio area are a relaxing treat. Bedrooms and baths on the first floor are ideal for those family members that have trouble with stairs. 7th bedroom is a flex room, to be utilized as an additional living space or as a bedroom with a pull out sofa bed. Located just over a block to the beach and close to amusements, this houses prime location is just the icing on the cake.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
