70th Birthday Trip
I celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday by taking her and her 3 sisters on a little get away. The condo was perfect; plenty of room, clean, several amenities and close to everything. I travel quite often and this by far has been the cleanest condo I have ever rented. We were short towels and within a 1/2 an hour they delivered enough for the whole weekend. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was very nice and clean, we enjoyed it very much and loved the pool! However, the WIFI is touchy and the kitchen didn’t have any towels or wash cloths. We’ve stayed at several condos and always had plenty to help keep the kitchen clean.

Check in was easy. Safe neighborhood. Parking was a little less than desired. The cleaning service is lacking as well- if I were paying someone to clean my home, I'd be upset to find things splashed on the walls, dirt on the doors where people touch it to close, etc. . Overall I would use Thousand hills again but hope that they get a new cleaning service

Great Location, convenient, quiet, and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for four people. We enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in the view. Property manager very responsive. Might have been helpful to have some directions for TV Tried to play movies, but could not find correct input. Would definitely return.

This was perfect for what we needed. We had a great time on our family vacation and had plenty of room for our family. The check in process was a bit difficult being that it was at the near by property instead of the residential property. We have no complaints and would stay here again!

An ideal getaway
We absolutely LOVED it! It was super clean, well appointed, and in a safe/quiet neighborhood. Only a 10-minute drive to the strip, but felt like it was hours away (in a good way). Made for a very relaxing trip. The only element that perhaps wasn't ideal was the noise level of the HVAC system.

The property was exactly as described but the view from every room was gorgeous! We love the amenities of Point Royale and look forward to staying on property. The condo was clean and had almost everything you would need. It would be helpful to have access to more than a small hotel bar of soap for handwashing but otherwise was well stocked.

Home away from home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very warm and inviting. True to the photos and description. My husband took frequent walks near the condo on a trail along the river, appreciating God’s creation and the solitude. We are hoping to return for another vacation. Thank you!

Best condo!!
From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and at home. Warm and cozy from the area to the fireplace . Recliners and sofa for plenty of seating. Heating was perfect and lots of kitchen area to cook meals. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One shower and one tub. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get in and out of property. We felt very secure there. We will be staying here from now on when we come to Branson. It’s only 3 miles to hwy 76 and restauranrs

Condo Issues
It was OK. I have some issues you need to check. 1. The code lock on the door quit at 9 AM this morning. Apparently it may be set to Daylight Savings Time. 2. Your Room information stated accommodation for 6. There were 6 towels and 4 washcloths. 3. The main coffee pot doesn't work properly. I pushed the brew only and it would brew for about a minute and quit. It took about 15 tries to get the whole pot done.. Then the Pot warmer would not heat. I'm not sure when someone stayed here last but you would think someone would have mentioned these things. John

G&G Condo Stay
The only complaint we had was the bed was too hard and every condo we have ever stayed at the pillows are terrible, so we always bring our own. The other thing was there was no liquid hand soap or dish washing soap. Really liked the pocket door at the bathroom & second bedroom. Allows for a second couple to have their own private space.

First Timers
We absolutely loved the spacious condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Our only issue was it was hard to find since we arrived at 8 pm. The signs on buildings were hard to read and were not well lit. This is most likely something the owner cannot control. Otherwise it was perfect!!!

Great Condo
The condo was great with a pretty view and provided everything that you would need to cook, if you were planning on doing so. We had several breakfasts at the condo so we were very happy to have all the things we needed. The condo is clean and the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great as well. I also liked that there were two recliners and a couch instead of just two couches! The only negative thing was that there were gnats. I would definitely stay again!
