Good location away from busy thoroughfares. Unit was comfortable and check out instructions minimal. Fairly priced. Good for couples and small families.

The host is super responsive and it is a really cute condo. It says it sleeps six, and it does, but if you need a table spot for six, you need to bring the table from the porch in. Which is not a big deal just a heads up.The area is off the beaten path and within walking distance from a fishing area. If you like fishing and need a fishing license, you can get one at Bass Pro very easily. We got one for three days.Would definitely recommend!!

Clean and convenient. A few complaints. 1. Living room area. Sofa was very uncomfortable. 2. Coffee maker stopped working on day 2 or a 4 night stay. The only other complaint is there were dogs in unit below that barked constanly until about 9pm.

Host was great. We have stayed at this property in the past several times and it’s always been great. Property needs some updates to the paint and bathrooms now. My biggest complaint was the property really needed to be cleaned. There were bugs just inside the door, tons of spiderwebs outside the door, and lots of webs inside the property.

Not as clean as i would like it. Cute set up for sure but when it comes to the little things, its not well maintained, going into the master bedroom is a screw on the floor board poking up that cut my foot, the walls in the living room was spilled drink or water damageon the walls and if you are trying to sleep in the master bedroom and someone's upstairs taking a shower it makes An Extremely Loud noise that could literally wake up the entire house because they're Plumbing. The only last thing I have is that when you're using the restroom downstairs the toilet is between a cabinet and the tub which only leaves about 2 in of space between each side of the toilet which anybody over 150 lb will be extremely uncomfortable with using the restroom there

Branson Softball Tournament

We traveled to Branson for a softball tournament. Around our schedule we were able to do several different things all conveniently within minutes of our condo. We also did plenty of relaxing at our condo. Our unit was clean, well stocked with what we needed, and in a quiet area. Our property manager supplied all the needed information well ahead of time and was attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Mini Vacation

Checked in on a Friday evening after check in time and the place was not cleaned at all but contacted property and felt bad did clean the place that night (took an extra 2 hours from when we arrived). Overall after the property was great and clean once it was and very quite neighborhood further back in the neighborhood than what you think.

Great place to stay!

Check in was a breeze, the unit was perfectly clean, and communication with host was easy! The location is great for all the things! Anything you want to do can be reached within 20 minutes or so. We would stay here again!

Nice place to stay

Pros: This property is clean, affordable and well maintained. Easy to get to and no problems with check-in and check-out. The property owner was responsive and courteous. Cons: Down stairs bedroom does not have a ceiling fan. Suggest bringing your own fan if you need one. Also the mattresses are quite hard and uncomfortable. If you have a bad back this is something to consider.Overall a good experience and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was for the most part quiet and peaceful. The mattress in the lower bedroom is quite firm. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint but is nice otherwise. Thank you.otherwise was tastefully decorated.

Do you enjoy history and literature? Do you know when Branson first became a tourist destination/ Hint- tourists first arrived in covered wagons. I would suggest picking up a copy of 'The Shepherd of the Hills' before YOU arrive. This one book written by Harold Bell Wright changed the face of Branson and Ozark Country forever.

Our condo is a block away from Lake Taneycomo marina where you can either rent a boat or launch your own boat and get into the best trout fishing in the Midwest. Fly fishing is popular too.
