Welcome to the cozy Boho Kildaire Farms home! Located in the heart of Cary and with easy access to downtown Raleigh, PNC Arena, RTP, NC State, RDU Airport, and restaurants, this home was curated with your every need in mind!
This 1500 sq. ft. cozy Boho home has a sectional and 58-inch TV in the living space, a dining room table for 6, bar seating behind a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast nook, and much more! The outdoor space is equipped with plenty of seating, a grill, as well as a fire pit!
The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a queen bed and a 43-inch smart TV with Netflix.
The Second bedroom has an additional queen size bed and a 32-inch smart TV.
The Third room/Office has a 32-inch smart TV and a full size pull-out sofa with a desk workspace.

Pet Policy:Pet friendly at no extra charge.
Ineligible breeds include but are not limited to:Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above.

The house was comfortable and had more than enough room for two adults and a 65-pound dog. The primary bedroom was especially large and comfortable. The office is a great feature and came in handy. We enjoyed taking walks around the lovely neighborhood. We were disappointed that we couldn’t make use of the garage because when we tried to ascend the very steep driveway, the bottom of our sedan scraped the surface. We had to park on the street. Also, because of an unidentifiable smell in the house, we wanted to open the windows. But we noticed there were no screens and that the windows we tried would not budge. We were there for such a short time that we didn’t bring this up to the host.

Cozy, Quiet and Comfortable

My husband and I (along with our 2 dogs) really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and very cozy and comfortable. It was stocked with what we needed. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, which was nice. We would stay here again when in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome stay!

I loved the house; cleanliness and it had everything that you would need to cook. My only concern was the garage. I drive a larger SUV and was unsure if it would fit in the garage. In the end, it did! Would definitely rent again!

Perfect and Peaceful

I had checked in to a Best western and was displeased. Made the reservation here and the owner helped me to get in the same day, whereas VRBO does not do that booking. The accommodations were some of the pleasing I have ever had on a VRBO trip - Clean, Accommodating, and Peaceful. It was perfect!!!! I came to work in schools for a week, returning to this home each day was a pure joy.

Nice House for a House Hunting Trip

We liked the house in a quiet Cary neighborhood with lots of trees. We used it as our base of operations for a successful house hunting trip. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 plus two pets. Communications were good with the Property Manager. Internet and all other utilities worked great including the AC and water heater. There were initially some weird odors in the stairwell from the garage to the living area but they abated after a day or two. We assumed it was maybe coming from the crawlspace; not a big deal for anyone used to pet friendly VRBOs/hotels. We did not notice any signs of pet accidents inside the home or damage to any furniture. Couch was super comfy. The master shower has some mold and some cracked tiles but otherwise, the living areas were very clean. Master bed was very firm but I still slept well on it. The back yard has a nice seating area with a fire pit surrounded by tall trees that was serene even with the surrounding homes; plenty of space to walk your dog(s). They even left some firewood in case we wanted to start a fire. Just watch out for the impressive spider webs that pop up after dusk in the tree areas on the way to the fire pit, sneaky little buggers! Overall, this was a great experience and we'd definitely stay here again.

Not quite

Pictures are accurate but pay close attention to the details. The house was dirty and there are obvious electrical problems as evidenced by black scorch marks around some outlets. There is also black mold in the master bathroom. It’s older and minimally maintained. I walked into the kitchen and pantry filled with ants. The owner called the exterminator the next day and I only saw a few daily after that. I bagged all my food items and did not leave anything around. There is no cable so plan accordingly. It has great potential and the decor is cute but the underlying maintenance and cleanliness are not things I want to deal with for a 2 week rental.

Awesome property!! Very comfortable!!

We really had a great time. Property was very well supplied and was a convenient location to anywhere you wanted to go in Raleigh. We cooked 3 meals while there and had all the cookware and appliances needed. AC worked well and was a very secure community.
