Jessie and Bert are mother and daughter, and have enjoyed traveling and staying in cute places. Bert Summerville is a realtor with Scenic Sotheby's International in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. They understand it is much nicer to have a comfortable, clean cozy home or apartment to enjoy instead of a hotel room when you are traveling. This is why they decided to purchase this townhome, and make it a fun and comfortable environment to enjoy at the beach.

This two bedroom townhome is directly across the street from a marvelous beach lined with sugar white sand and emerald green water. And sitting on the second floor covered balcony, you can see a glimpse of the emerald green waters of the Gulf.

The townhome is less than 2 minutes away from two major grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants, but more importantly, it is across the street from the beach and also just about 3 miles to the east of Rosemary Beach. Jessie and Bert have created a warm atmosphere for their guests, including a neat & tidy bedroom with a KING bed which opens to the upstairs balcony. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is perfect for rinsing when you come back from the beach. Plus parking is not an issue, just right outside the front of the unit with a relaxing porch swing.
