Looking for a beach stay with easy access to the shoreline and space for the whole family—including your pets? Country Beach Cottage, formerly known as Vintage Waves, is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home located in Laguna Beach, just a short distance from Beach Access 82 and 83. With room for up to 6 guests, this home offers a comfortable and convenient option on the west end of Panama City Beach.
Inside, the layout is designed for easy living. The living area includes comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa for additional guests, along with a dining space for four. The fully equipped kitchen features essentials for preparing meals, including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer adds extra convenience, especially for longer stays.
Both bedrooms are arranged for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a second full bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo—ideal for families or small groups.
Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: 1 King, combo shower/tub bathroom. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, combo shower/tub bathroom. *The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed.
Step outside to enjoy the private yard, providing a secure space for pets and room to unwind. The covered deck is a great spot to sit and relax, while the outdoor grill makes it easy to enjoy meals at home after a day at the beach.
Beach Access: From First Avenue, make a right onto Oleander Drive. This will lead you to Front Beach Road, where you'll find yourself between Beach Access points 82 and 83.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Rustic but functional

Rustic cottage. Most homes in the neighborhood have been raised and rebuilt. This is completely vintage. Property location to the beach was phenomenal. Home was clean. Home was missing security features on back door and the yard gates did not close depsite ad stating it was secure for pets. Several outbuilding were sitting above ground with zero barrier to prevent pets, children or pests from accessing. Part of the driveway was gated and locked preventing access to the backyard where the outside shower was located. Second gate was inaccessible due to overgrowth of yard. This only left visitors to tract sand through the house to get to the backyard to wash off. There were exposed outlets and light non-water safe light fixtures in the makeshift bathroom shower. Second shower doors did not open properly. Tried cooking on stove top and oven which generated a lot of smoke for which there was no exhaust system. Overall, the house provided us a clean place to sleep and close proximity to the beach. Management or owners could benefit from feedback to make small minor fixes.
