Very cute and very functional

This house is adorable. It was convenient to everything, including my daughter at UNCW, and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

College Tour

We came down to tour UNCW and just needed a place for one night for two families. This was a great deal and a great location. Both boys got a good feel for Wilmington and UNCW. The place was clean, convenient, and the property owner was fantastic!

Well worth it

This house is close to everything that you need, shops/beach/walking trails, but is off the main road so you aren’t dealing with a lot of traffic noise. It is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including plenty of towels and blankets, toiletries (mini shampoo and such), kitchen utensils, and plenty of parking. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Property!

One of the cutest VRBO's we have stayed at! The new interior renovations really set this place up! The host was super with any questions and check in procedures. Close to the beach and to downtown. Would definitely book this property again. It was just the wife and I but had plenty of space for families and or second couples. Loved it!

Sweet Vacation

We loved staying here! Our 3 daughters had plenty of room to spread out and keep to their normal routine. We loved the quick drive to the beach and access to everything we needed! I should've paid more attention to not having a dishwasher- I would've brought more paper plates. Although, there were lots of items already provided! We appreciated the thoughtfulness and amenities of our stay.

Moving my son onto college apt

We needed a place that was near University of Wilmington and the beach so this place is perfect. Easily fit a mom, 2 18 yr olds young men and a 17 yr old girl. It had everything g we needed.
